I just recently moved to the area from Columbus, Ohio. I had to get a new doctor that was registered in PA. Looked like a nice place so I decided to go in for an appointment to get a prescription I had been prescribed to for over 10 years. The first visit they said they could not prescribe me anything because I didnt need it, and advised me to come back for another visit. I then went back for a 2nd time and the same thing happened and they referred me to another doctor. I was in the waiting room for a combined total of over an hour. I was in the back with their "doctors" for a combined total of less than 10 minutes. They then proceeded to deduct $150 from my back account for "protocol" reasons when I have full coverage health insurance for all visists. Sketchy and very shady "doctor" office. Keep searching for another doctor unless you want ripped off.

Ok if all you need is a physical, not ok at all for sick visits. Impossible to get an quick appointment and chances are you will end up in urgent care if youre sick. The past 3 times I attempted to be seen, ended up in urgent care. I havent seen all the doctors but the one I have seen consistently was weak and misdiagnosed me despite labs pointing out to an obvious condition. They charge an optional $100 yearly fee that is supposed to support the practice to better serve patientes but the fee makes no difference at all in your ability to speak to someone or be seen.

Dr. Bell is fantastic, and the entire office staff and experience is wonderful. I just switched from Devon Family Practice after Dr. Furman retired, and the difference is incredible...an actual person answers the phone, for one. No more waiting on hold for 10-20 minutes for a simple question or appointment. I had been struggling to get the right kind of care and attention to detail with the doctor I was re-assigned to at Devon, and after one visit, Dr. Bell was able to effectively control my symptoms, allowing me to return to work. Highly, highly recommend.

Ive been going to Dr. Weber for many years. Hes a great doctor and incredibly nice. I dont think theres been anything Ive gone in there for that he didnt know exactly how to deal with. He always spends plenty of time with me. Kathy his nurse is one of the nicest people Ive ever met, ever. The rest of the staff is friendly too. I dont have problems getting in there, and I dont wait long when I arrive. Im really glad I go there and would recommend this practice to anyone!

I am in home health care and have taken a client to see Dr. Weber on many occasions. I am so impressed with the office and staff, and Dr. Weber, that I have referred them to my daughter. I have had to call them MANY times and speak directly to Dr. Weber;s nurse, Kathy, and have ALWAYS gotten a return call. Nothing is too much trouble for this office. In my line of work......they are the BEST!!!

Im surprised to read negative reviews. I am in college in the area now and needed a doctor, and and Ive only had good experiences here. Once I missed my appointment because of traffic and they still saw me when I arrived instead of making me reschedule. They are friendly staff and Ive never waited a long time in the waiting room.
