Dr. Tetyanas staff is very nice. However, the Dr. is unprofessional. After describing all my ailments she only tested for half and I had to contstantly remind her of what she forgot. Athletes foot is common in many men. Apparently this Dr. believes that the foot odor is not caused by bacteria, as I suggested, but instead it is caused by the fungus. Do your research Dr., foot fungi are odorless. Dr submitted first blood draw for test results and did not submit my requested levels for testing. She had me come back and said the lab was at fault. She did not ask me to fast for cholesterol levels for the second blood test. Said I was young enough not to worry although Ive had high cholesterol levels before and it is hereditary. She charged me a second copay for the second blood test. They called me 10 minutes before an appointment to review results. I told them I would be 5 minutes late. The staff said the Dr. was leaving already and I would have to reschedule. When I requested my lab results, they violated my rights per the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act to get copies of these results. The Dr. said she could not release until she discussed. I went in to sign a release document and the Dr. was still at her office. I would never recommend this Dr. to my worst friend. She is nice but she has no idea what she is talking about. My Experience: Microbiology, HIPAA, Protected Health Information, Laboratory, and Regulatory Affairs.

Nice but Worst Dr ever! Clueless, Stay away! I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone! First off the office is extremely outdated and the staff is just as unprofessional. Soon as you go they want you copay, and they want you to keep coming back for every question just to charge you. After 4 visits in a week, she expressed to me to go to the ER because she didnt know what to do. I said to her why didnt you tell me that in the first place, she would answer me. On top of that the I was insulted by the front desk girl... I filled out a release paper for Chester County hospital to release records, after being there the day before. When I walk into the office the front desk girl said to me that they had no record of me there. I asked her to check to see if my name was spelled correctly... she proceeded to say:" well you filled out the paperwork, dont you know how to spell your our name"! People were laughing and I told her learn some respect. I wish I would have check the other reviews. One more thing...nurse always smells like a pack of cigarettes! Disgusting

I think the problem is not really the doctor, who in all fairness does spend a whole lot of time with you but maybe 1. This broken healthcare industry in which pharmaceutical companies shove new prescriptions down the doctors throats to get them to prescribe it to patients while claiming they will cure just about any ailment and really an inability of patients to understand that there is bi solution for their problem. Patients come in and expect the doctor to help them with a common cold virus. They dont want to hear that it will go away on its own in 10 days. They want a magic pill. The doctor is forced to give something.. anything..if not, its a bad doctor that didnt help you with your issue. 2. I dont think its really fair to condemn a doctor because if inability and failure of their staff. In no way does it fairly describe the doctor herself. Lastly, I really, really think she tries her best to give all that she can to her patients. I debated it for a long time and really believe it to be so

The Doc is very nice and only schedules a few patients per day which allows her to spend more time with patients. The experience that i received from her and her office is the antithesis of what you will get at Penn Medicine or another larger group of DRs. You are not rushed in and rushed through so that she can get to the next patient. if you value this kind of experience and relationship with your Physician i would highly recommend her.

Worst experience for my husband. Multiple visits and over 30 days could not help the Doctor to conclude anything on his problem. More and more emphasis on office visit rather then treating the patient and giving importance to patient.
