STAY AWAY AT ALL COST HORRIBLE !!!! I have had nothing but awful service here making my transition to this new practice not a good start considering they came recommended from an Einstein employee/friend none the least! This review is dealing majorly with the desk the receptionist whom i booked my first appointment with was extremely rude as if i was a bother to her (ERIN i believe her name was) I was booked for the completely wrong appointment with the completely wrong DR . When i arrived for my appointment for the DR i was suppose to see and was informed i was to see someone else because that is who i was booked for and the DR i requested was not in. I then made them aware this was incorrect and that the miserable receptionist i spoke with the past few times had booked me for the wrong person and wrong service. i ended up meeting with dr.keim who was very nice down to earth i also made him aware of the service i had experienced. I finished my services checked out and left. The next issue begins when i arrive to the pharmacy to pick up my R/X and it was the completely wrong medication the pharmacist had to contact them with took almost a half hour before ANYONE ANSWERED the phone!!! i ended up waiting at the pharmacy for over an hour to get this corrected needless to say i was not a very happy camper being i had just come from work, went to the Drs and then off to the pharmacy for an HOUR!!!! Needless to say i was not a happy person. Fast forwarding to this past Wednesday i called to get a refill approved thru the pharmacy and here we are Monday 4/19/16 they have yet to hear from them for a medication i CANNOT go without! I was on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for my phone call to be answered because of "HIGH CALL VOLUME" at the Drs. office. I ended up calling the pharmacy back the next day to confirm if they have heard back and gee shocker still Nothing. Looks like i will be changing practices yet again due to the incompetence and lack of professionalism i have experienced in the course of my 1 visit and pharmacy headaches.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst medical staff I have ever encountered. Nurses are rude and intimidating and not welcoming at all for patients. I recently had a time sensitive piece of documentation that I needed signed 5 days after I received it. It is now day 4 and they still have not answered if Dr.Richardson can even sign off. If she cant sign off I need to make another appointment with my old office, which most likely take more time past the 5 days the document requires. They just lost a patient, its a shame that they push their patients under the rug and are not more on top of time sensitive documentation. All I need is one singular signature from Dr. Richardson, the rest is filled out already. It takes 0.2 seconds to look at the document determine if you can sign off or not and then sign or tell someone to call me that you cannot provide a signature. Absolutely disgusted and at a loss because now I have to scramble to figure out what to do if she cannot sign the document. Absolutely let down with this office, I live in KOP and wanted to stay local for doctors and such, but its impossible because the care and service is non-existent. Unfortunately I will have to drive away from the city for a staff that cares.

The office staff is the first line and are representatives of the practice. I cant even articulate how rude and unresponsive they are. I have known this but today was the worst I was ever treated and I was outright lied to. I was given no less than four different answers when asked for a copy of my lab results. The last answer was the could not fax me my results because their printer wasnt working. When asked if they would plrase PDF them to me the answer was no. I was so upset I drove to the office and a staff member proceeded to copy my labs and hand them to me. Iremarked I see your printer is working. She responded no our printer wasnt broken and we have more than one. These people are dangerous but aside from this I am certain the practice has lost many patients as a direct result. It certainly makes one question the caliber of the physicians who hire these people to support them. I would like add that Dr Ecker has always been wonderful.

I had an appointment I had to wait a while for as a new patient. The day of the appointment I showed up not knowing they moved because I was never informed. I called and the office lady Chrissy was so rude and cancelled my appointment. I basically begged her because I dragged my four month old out because I needed to see a doctor so bad. Even though I would have still been on time if I left old location and went to the right office. She didnt care and let me know how much she didnt care. Now Im sick and need to find a new doctor and I have to wait for a new appointment. I heard good things about the doctors but that was such a rude experience I wouldnt give that office my business. If thats how they treat their patients I would not trust them with any of my personal information or money! They need some serious training.

I understand that the important thing is good patient care from the physician, and it is great; the problem is how hard it is to get past the office staff. Luckily I work in the medical field and have an idea about how things work, but I feel so bad for the poor souls who have to deal with the run-arounds and rude tone and responses from the staff. They would be fired if they worked for my boss. They are always miserable and seemed to be burdened by your presence alone. For the non-agressive elderly people who may not understand the process, the staff is inconsiderate and unhelpful. It hurts to know that their questions may not be answered or prescriptions not called in. I have to say, I love Dr. Edde, his care is great.

This morning my husband called to verify that his prescription would be available for pick up at 5:30 pm and was told yes. This was after several days trying to get the prescription talking to various people. He arrives at 5:30 pm and the office is locked and dark. Calls to the office get the office closed message. My husband was not told this morning the office would close early (they are to be open until 7:00 pm). Even talking to the after-hours answering service were not told the office closed early. Very unprofessional. We have been patients at KoPFM for nearly 20 yrs and are thinking on changing due to the other recent poor treatment we have received.

Dr. Myers was excellent. Shes very personable and speaks with compassion and care. Dont let her young appearance fool or dissuade you! Im glad that I made the change and went to pay her a visit. She didnt even do a full exam because Ive already had one this year but she asks a TON of questions to get to know you and the state of your health. The staff there is nice. The waiting room is big and clean with plenty of seats. Great experience! I wrote that review a year ago on Dr. Myers and its still true! Everyone looking for a new doctor should give her a try!
