It was like visiting a family doctor! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and invested in patients welfare. They advised of costs up front and were open about our options. We would definitely recommend for immigration medical (green card application). We had attended a different general surgeon for this purpose who didnt turn up for our appointment, another one stated that a family of 5 was too large to see, couldnt break down what would be an acceptable way to see us and gave the general impression they didnt want to see any children at all. Having found passport health and made an appointment we arrived at their office expecting to be treated like a burden - what a surprise when we were greated by name on arrival, the staff began processing our documents immediately and we were seen, and all required tests completed very quickly. If we need travel immunizations in the future we wouldnt hesitate to come here for their fantastic customer service and efficiency.

TRAVELER BEWARE: If you do not accept their recommended vaccinations the $50 visit turns into a $100 visit. I scheduled a visit with Passport Health after being referred there by the Cincinnati Health Department. They do not want you to take their recommendation and go somewhere that actually accepts your health insurance. They did not inform me of this until I was in the actual appointment. I had no intention of ripping them off, but I felt swindled by their tactics. I will never visit them again and I will also inform the Health Department of my experience. For what its worth, they did have information together for the country I was traveling to and information about international travel in general. Not worth the price of the visit in my opinion. Do research online and schedule an appointment with your family doctor or some place that accepts your insurance.

I just wanted to give a shout to Stevie and Passport Health in Blue Ash. When you need Yellow Fever or something as "simple sounding" as a Polio vaccine (booster requirement for some countries), Passport Health has it covered. I have tried on a few occasions to get these vaccines and they are very limited. You cant just go to your corner pharmacy or your family doctor. They dont stock them. Passport Health had the vaccine I needed. That morning, I had called around Cincinnati and went to two different places before finding Passport Health. Not only were they able to squeeze me in on a Saturday, but Stevie gave me some additional health guidance while visiting my destination. Even better: Stevie gave me an AMAZING SHOT!!! -- I didnt even know she was already done. I didnt even FEEL anything! FANTASTIC!!!!!

How often do you go to an appointment expecting a vaccine and leave with a feeling of total Joy? The team at Passport healthy was absolutely wonderful! I got the pleasure of being assisted by Stevie, who may be the sweetest RN in Ohio. Not only did she understand and assist me with my need, she also went above and beyond (seriously, way above and beyond) to make sure I was getting the best value for the care I was receiving. She, and the rest of the office, were both knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Stevie asked a lot of great questions about my trip and was a pleasure to share with! Overall, Im pretty sure that every pharmacy or urgent care visit to get a vaccine will pale in comparison with the brief moment of time I got to spend at Passport Health. Thank you Stevie!

I contacted Passport Health last week in preparation for some upcoming business travel. Kim clearly explained Passport Healths process and scheduled an appointment (for today). Kim emailed a link to fill out my health history online. Painless. I arrived for my appointment today and was pleasantly greeted and immediately seen by Summer. Summer explained in depth everything I needed to know about potential health concerns in the locations of my upcoming travel. I watched an informative video on precautions to take to eliminate the risk of contracting illness and was administered the necessary preventative shots. That was the only thing slightly painful about the entire process. Thank you Kim, Summer and the rest of the Passport Health Blue Ash staff!

Absolutely fantastic!! The clinic itself was beautiful and the staff was incredibly kind. I am a very nervous person about shots and Stevie took amazing care of me. She made sure I was comfortable and even walked me through everything that was going on. She made sure I understood all of the information she was giving me and even went a step further and googled information about some of the places I was going while I was sitting there. She even gave me, a 23 year old, a lollipop and three stickers afterwards! Im so happy with how my appointment went and Ill definitely be going here again for any of my future adventures!!

My travel consultant, Ann Grosheim, was thorough and knowledgable. She provided a wealth of information about my trip, covering everything from safe food selection to health risks, emergency contact information and more. She had put together a comprehensive binder of reference materials related to my destination in South America for me to take along. Both general practicioners I called first recommended them. Now I know why. And best of all, the immunization shot didnt hurt at all and I got a cheetah bandaid! :)

We visited the facility on June 7th and our experience was a very good one from start to finish. The online registration was quick efficient and user friendly. The office staff and atmosphere was warm, polite and inviting. Stevie the nurse who vaccinated my daughter was awesome! She really made her experience very good! She was also an extremely good "shot giver" in the words of my 13 year old. Thanks to Stevie and all the staff we interacted with during our visit! The Stills

Ive always gone to my primary care doctor for travel vaccines, and decided to try Passport Health for my next trip. I will only go here from now on! I consulted with Stevie Wallace, RN who was wonderful. They were so thorough and educational regarding my trip and took the time to discuss my specific itinerary and needs. They were incredibly knowledgeable, calming, and gave me confidence that i was getting exactly what i needed for my trip. Highly recommend for any traveler!

Stevie was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable and confident with the information that she presented us with. Additionally, I think that she was willing to take her time with us and make us feel like we are in safe hands with the protection from the various diseases we could potentially contract. I am pleased with the experience, although it was a bit lengthy I understand it was very important to get all the adequate information and prevention techniques.

When I called to make the appointment everybody I talked to was super friendly and knowledgeable. However, my actual appointment was not the same experience. I felt like vaccines and pills were forced on me that I knew I didnt need. When I asked the nurse to look something up on the CDCs website she responded with "I dont have that website". I felt as though my health was being treated as a sales opportunity and will not return to this establishment again.

It was really a pleasure working with Stevie. I was early to my appointment and I was greeted very nicely and soon after I had my consultation session with Stevie. She was very thorough, very informative and went over some options for me. She was also very engaging and just fun to talk to.
