Completely worthless. I didnt help at all. I went there for years. I can confidently say the entire staff is incompetent. This whole profession needs to by defunded. They are a fraud that exists because they are paid by a third party. A third party meaning government and insurance pays them. Third party payer systems do not hold the suppliers accountable. I say they are a fraud because they tell the world they are experts and they say they can help. But they have no understanding and only pretend to help. I found out by myself that all my "psychological" problems were due to a gluten allergy. I suggest that if your "depressed, bi-polar, schizophrenic, etc." that you stop eating gluten for one week. If you dont feel better then you know that wasnt your problem.

My children have been involved with s.c. for many years... therapy was no help at all... phycologist Dr. Mcray is fabulous. My children and myself love her to the moon. All was wonderful, until they decided to change the scheduling system, now it is a ridiculous process, that is nothing more than a HUGE inconvenience to myself and I am sure many others. They give you a card with a day approximately 30 - 90 days later, and you are ONLY to call on that specified date to then schedule your childs next appointment!!!!

Went for an evaluation and spent several hours there. Their computers were down and evaluating therpaist had to do everything "by hand" and they couldnt schedule me for an appt but I was told I would be contacted by scheduling. It was a week and I had to call them. "oh they didnt call you?" no, they did not. asked them to please take me out of their system, I would find somewhere else. If this was a precursor for the treatment I would get...Id rather the suicide

Never actually made it to the center. My husband called to ask if they take medicaid or do sliding scale and the woman was rude to him (he said "medicare" and not "medicaid" and she told him "we take MEDICAID" but with a rude tone). She said they absolutely do not do sliding scale, but we called because they were listed on a site as a sliding scale provider. Overall, a turn-off to someone seeking a good therapist who wont treat them like dirt.

I currently go to south community and I see Dr. Ackner. I have given her many suggestions of medicine which is Ritalin for my ADHD and Ambien for sleep. She has shot down my ideas. Ritalin I was on when I was a child so I know it works. Ambien my friend is on and it works for her for sleep. I hate it when doctors expect you to use their suggestions but they wont take your suggestions into consideration.

Ive seen Dr. Longo fire 4 years and hes been nothing but good for me. He listens to my suggestions about my meds and has made calculated adjustments accordingly. He is a great Doctor. Ive loved all my therapists. I love South Community! It beats the others hands down.

I have tried to commit suicide twice. DR. FITZ never asked why, kept changing my meds and just about killed me the third time. You get what you pay for! At least stay away from her, she is about as sensitive as a NAZI.

Dont let the workers treat you like your an inconvenience because its thier jobs to mentally heal you. Its sad to see a patient who has been there for a very long time seek other help because of new staff.
