I have been dealing with low back issues for years. For a long time I have managed quite well with a series of stretching and strengthening exercises provided by the spine clinic at OHSU. In late march I injured and aggravated my low back (lifting way too much weight). I was in extreme pain and discomfort. I saw my MD and he referred me back to physical therapy. Initially PT was providing some relief, however it almost seems like just PT would once again aggravate my low back. I returned to my MD and we discussed Chiropractic care and he referred me to Dr. Shane. Since starting with Healthsource I have experienced significant improvement in my pain level and most importantly my functionality. My low back was a "brick" when I first arrived and Dr. Shane was still able to "adjust" my spine in spite of my inability to relax. The exercise routine initially provide was very helpful, and now we have stepped it up to a more advanced level of therapy. Im not back to 100% but I am improving with each week. I highly recommend Dr. Shane and his team!

I finally made myself an appointment! After bringing my daughters to see Dr. Espinosa for various sports injuries and having wonderful results, I decided I could do it. My family has tried and tried to get me to make an appointment for myself but I was too scared. I have a lot of painful areas and just really would rather not be touched. I was so nervous when I came for my first appointment, but as always the office staff and Dr. Espinosa were so kind and helpful. I was pleased with my appointment and have now returned several times. Great people!!!

I have gone for years to see Shane and his staff. I had a recent car accident and the help I am getting is great. In one place physical Therapy, Massage and chiropractic. But what I like most is that Shane is trained to treat you in more than just manipulation and for me that means a lot. My family now all come to this place and he has even helped my grand kids with their sport injurys and more. He has a great staff and I encourage you consider this team of experts. Thank you

Super friendly people who really care. Dr. E is amazing and always has your back!! When I injured my back I was not a believer of chiropractic care but after suffering for months I was talked into going to see him. To my surprise it was nothing I expected and actually had relief in my first visit and total relief after completing my program of adjustments, physical therapy and massage therapy. The staff is so accommodating I highly recommend them whole heartedly.

Ive been to a couple chiropractors in the past to relieve pain in my shoulder neck and back for years. Dr. Shane was recommended to me as someone who could do magic. Dr. Shane was the first chiropractor who came up with a comprehensive plan which included physical therapy to help my cronic pain. He has helped me tremendously and performed the magic I was told about. Dr. Shane also took the time to discuss general health which I greatly appreciated.

This place is just amazing. The receptionist named Istari was just a wonderful woman and extremely helpful getting ask of my upcoming appointments squared away. Also, the actual appointment I had scheduled there was extremely quick and effective. I feel great. The people there remember you name and really care about you and your health. I had never been to a Chiropractor and was nervous, but Dr. E put me at ease right away. I was having hamstring issues and was supposed to be training for a big run. He helped me fix the issues and within one week I was running pain free! I have seen him several times since and have already recommended him to my friend. He knows what hes doing! Many of our staff and dental patients are big fans of Dr. Espinoza. He is a great chiropractor and his staff are very helpful and always able to squeeze you in if you have a kink in your neck for being in the dental chair too long. They also have massage therapy as well!
