Puzzle Girl

I went in after months of chronic pain in my shoulder and back and at the recommendation of a massage therapist. The staff members were friendly, professional, and efficient, and it was immediately clear that here was an excellent work environment. My appointment began and ended on time, and I never felt either rushed or like Id been forgotten. After a preliminary discussion session, in which I felt that Dr. Holton was really listening and digesting everything I said, he did a brief exam. He talked me through what he was doing and how he was diagnosing the problem (three dislocated ribs) and what it meant and what he could do about it. After making sure everything was clear between us, he had an assistant warm up my muscles. Then he came back, had me lie down, and, in about two minutes (and without any pain) fixed my ribs. I was massively impressed with Dr. Holton. He was clearly vastly knowledgeably without being pompous and took joy in sharing that knowledge. He knew exactly what he was doing and he got it done without fuss and left me feeling 100% positive about the whole experience.

We have been customer for a long time. I have finally had it with his office staff. They cancel appointments, cant schedule, and when you can get in they over charge and are very rude. This used to be the best place to go, now its the worse. I will not be going back ever! I wish it was what it used to be when we first started visiting 10 years ago!
