They should have let me choose 10 STARS I dont care what any of these negative reviews say, I can vouch for this office 110%. I had wisdom teeth pain for years, Im talking at least 12 years of biting my cheek, sore and tender gums, and the constant throbbing pain whenever they decided to push or make themselves known. I started a new job recently and I just couldnt bare to risk loosing it due to wisdom teeth doing what they wanted. I heared the many horror stories of people having their wisdom teeth removed, "Try this doctor" "Try that Doctor".... Do this Do that...... I had a friend that spoke of this office called Dental Vue in Des, Plaines. I drove by a few times never really thinking I would be ready to have teeth pulled. Boy was I in for a surprise about a month ago. I woke up with the absolute worse gum and wisdom teeth pain, I called them and set a appointment the very next day. Aside from the fact that I havent been to a dentist in a long time, My tooth report wasnt that bad, Considering the years since having any work done. I will say this, I was afraid and nervous beyond my initial expectations. I walked in and was taken care of from the moment I attempted to sit down. The assistant there Marilyn was prompt and very understanding. She saw the fear I know that much. But as we talked and she explained the process and procedure, I began to accept the fact that I was a actually considering going through with it. I sat there and really felt like she cared about the stress level I had and saw that this was a make or break point on a new client. Needless to say I felt like I was in the absolute right and best hand for the job. I have a high tolerance for pain, but mouth pain I will PASS ON. So in the hands of my great dental assistant and my awesome Dentist, I was ready for the challenge. It was a success and I am so relieved to have so much room in my mouth. No more sore cheeks and mean gum pushing. The amount of care and expertise I received with my extractions was PHENOMENAL. I mean they took the time to make sure I was comfortable and let me just tell you, Im sure 9 year olds nieces did better than I did, LOL... Im just so pleased with the experience and level of superb excellence of Dr. Justin Schneider and Dental Assitant " Marilyn " I commend and recommend this office and its wonderful staff to anyone looking for the care and expertise I received from them. My experience at this dentist office was beyond horrible i was humiliated as a human my integrity demolished!, I HAD TO HAVE A ROOT CANAL AND WAS TOLD NOTHING! A WEEK BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TO HAVE IT DONE THAT MY INSURANCE ONLY COVERS THE FRONT TEETH AND NOT MY BACK ONES WHICH IS WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE! THERE OFFICE KNOWING FOR A WHOLE WEEK WITH CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONFIRM THAT I WAS GOING TO BE THERE FOR THE ROOT CANAL, THAT WHEN I WAS SAT IN THE DENITST CHAIR THIS RECEPITONIST COMES TO ME AND SAYS I NEED 333.00 DOLLARS UPFRONT TO HAVE THE PROCDEURE DONE!!! WHILE SMILING THE WHOLE TIME AT ME SAYING THAT I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS INFORMATION! THESE PEOPLE DID NOT ONCE TELL ME ABOUT HAVING HALF OF THE MONEY UP FRONT THAT MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER THE PROCEDURE NOR DID THEY HAVE ANY COMMON CURTOUSY FOR MY FEELINGS! BTW AS I AM CRYING BECAUSE I AM IN PAIN AND HAVE BEEN WAITING A WHOLE WEEK TO HAVE THIS PROCEDURE DONE! these people laughed in my face telling me that i should have known this information, that "i should read over my insurance packages"! which they "forgot" to mention. THEY ALSO charge me again for a cleaning which supposively my insurance did not cover again!. These people do not respect me as a human being and defiantly not as a client. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE THEIR PEOPLE DO NOT TELL YOU THE RIGHT INFORMATION ON WHAT YOUR INSURANCE DOES AND DOESNT COVER AND WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOU KNOWING!

I got two cavities filled here. Both of which werent done right. One, I kept experiencing pain. I kept going to see the dentist, he reassured me it was nothing. I went 3 times. Finally the pain got worse. I went to another dentist, said I needed a root canal and that prior cavity wasnt filled correctly. Now, Im experiencing pain and sensitivity in the the other filling I had done there. I went to a dentist and he said whoever did this filling left a void space and it needs to be redone. Im praying it doesnt end up in another root canal. I paid all of the work I got done at dental vie and still manage to receive a bill from them. I told their receptionist multiple times and she said she would correct it. I never went back after I neeed to get a root canal. I would not recommend this place at all. I got work done at Uic by dental students that was much more professional. Dont go here if you value your money or teeth.

So Ive been coming to this amazing dental office since 2014 and so has most of my family members. I couldnt ask for better doctors or staff. They greet you with such politeness and the doctors are amazing and explain everything in a non dental term so you can understand the treatment .. Ive recently had braces put on by their Orthodontist Dr. Najjar he is so nice, he wanted to try this technique of lingual braces and they go behind the teeth. As an adult no one wants braces but these braces are perfect for adults or older teens. So we started with the braces in may and I already see a huge difference! its amazing! When I go to get my braces adjusted everyone is so friendly and neat Im a clean freak so I like perfection makes me feels so comfortable. I highly recommend coming here for braces or just a general check up, youll love the treatment and the staff <3

STAY AWAY from that place!Even if you have appoitment you will wait at least 1h.I went there just for regular cleaning which is covered by my insurance they wanted me to pay for deep cleaning which is not need it.They actually charged my friend for deep pearl cleaning but they did the regular cleaning.(She knows how pearl deep cleaning should be ,because she has some teeth probem,so she has to have deep cleaning every 3months, 4 years already.) They could not take picture of my teeth 8times afrer spending 3h there some guy finally was able to do the pictures. That is just unbelieveable!"Dr".Sasha told me that I will need two root canals for the cost of $1720.Ive decided to look for second opinion from two diffrent dentists.Guess what i dont need root canals just tooth fillings.So they tried to rob me!BE AWARE these people are looking only for your money!

I went into this office needing an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I was terrified because I have heard how painful it can be. The front desk employees were just so sweet and welcoming. The dentist that worked on me was amazing. He made sure he distracted me from knowing when the needle was going in so that I didnt get nervous. He was gentle and very professional. I did not feel a thing. He made sure I had the right pain meds prescribed but in reality, I barely took them. He did such an amazing job pulling my fully impacted wisdom tooth that I hardly felt pain after. I healed very fast and without any problems. No dry socket! The stiches he put in dissolved within a week. This is my dentist of choice going forward. Keep up the great work Dental Vue. I heard you have new management and youre doing an amazing job.
