My family moves around a lot due to my employment and I have never been treated so rudely at a vet office before. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated as though my dog and I were an inconvenience to a more important schedule. My previous vet kept all their records online so that clients could access them when the need arose. Therefore, I do not keep paper copies of them. When I set the appointment up at Seven Valleys Vet Hospital, I was not told that I would need paper copies of the records and (wrongfully) assumed that someone would be willing to help get them transferred, as has been the case at multiple other vet offices we have worked with. The receptionist acted horrified that I would ask her to help with something beyond answering the phone and refused to let me speak when I tried to explain my circumstances. Perhaps if you have been working with this vet long enough, you will be treated with dignity and respect, but I definitely dont recommend coming in as a new client. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this vet and I have already found another vet in the area whos receptionist is more than happy to help me obtain my previous vets records.

This staff are nothing less than ANGELS to me and my husband. We have been with them since 1986 with over 10 different animals and I would NEVER go anywhere else. Dr. Rill and Dr. Schneider are such caring people you just cant get any better. They are the BEST. We just had our dog in the office and unfortunately he passed while there and the level of caring they showed my family and our dog Bear was unbelievable. Again they ALL ARE ANGELS....

We have always gotten good service when we take our dogs so Im not sure whats going on out there but it has changed and not for the good. We had a new vet. this time and I have to say he was very rude and non caring. Im not sure where he came from but he needs to go back. He doesnt seem to care about the animals at all. We have had some not so friendly vets. at places in the past but this one tops them all...Just a heads up for everyone.

Hands down the most caring, considerate and helpful practice Ive ever been to. Dr. Snyder & Dr. Rill truly care and worry about your pets. They give you honest advice and answer all of your questions so you fully understand the best method to care for your pets and give you options. Up front and reasonable costs and thoughtful follow-up. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my 3 dogs and 7 cats & I recommend them to everyone!

Both doctors are the most wonderful to our pets. We lost our male "ike" and we still have his sister "mimi." All I have to say to my dogs was that we are going to see your doctor and you think they are getting a steak dinner. My husband and I love this practice for our dogs!!!

Staff is horrible and uncaring dont follow up . Only good thing about this place is the actual doctors. Receptionist at front desk is rude , and has no people skills what so ever. Even the doctors agree but owner will not do anything to change the issues .
