Windsor Pet Hospital is the only place I will ever take my dogs for their care. It truly resembles what a pet hospital should be: compassionate, helpful, and a family-like atmosphere. The entire staff is knowledgeable regarding vaccines, diagnoses, and medications for all animals. They are timely during your appointment, mindful during scheduling, and ensure that you are well taken care of during your visit. Two of the staff members specifically go above and beyond for each and every customer. Morgan and Jessica are WONDERFUL and are the best of the best. They both are very friendly and accommodating to customers as well as loving to my dogs. Each time I visit, they both greet my pets and really show their compassion for animals. My dog was also treated at their hospital and was boarded for a month for the treatment. During this time, Morgan helped care for him and sent me pictures/updates, allowed me to visit him, and spent ALOT of time with him. He became attached to her, proving her devotion to him during his stay. As I said, above and beyond. The veterinarian is also wonderful. She is friendly and very good with my dogs, speaking to them as they come to their appointments. She is timely and efficient, but also allows you time to ask questions after the exam ensuring that all of your concerns are taken care of. The staff recommend only what is best and care about the health and well being of your animal. HIGHLY recommend this pet hospital and will never go anywhere else!

I want to like Windsor Pet Hospital so much more than I do. Like the other reviews say, theyre way over priced. To the point where I actually resorted to buying my dogs allergy medicines online for over half the price. The staff is nice and all, but theyve said some things that made it sound like we were to blame in situations. In addition to this, my dog is very reactive to just about everything. She acts like she has absolutely no training when shes around new people, literally flipping in the air and pulling us to the point where she comes away hacking and gasping for air. The staff practically encouraged this by interacting with her while she was overreacting. I suppose this wouldnt be something big for the owner of a smaller dog, but I have a 95 pound Pit mix. The staff is nice, but perhaps they need more training on how to react to overly reactive dogs? Either way... Ive since switched to Ivor Veterinary Clinic, and I would absolutely recommend them instead of Windsor Pet Hospital, even if it is a little more out of your way.

I highly recommend Windsor Pet Hospital. I have been using them for years and have always found Dr. Soboleski and her staff to be well educated, compassionate, and friendly professionals. From helping us say, "goodbye" to a beloved family member to celebrating the adoption of 2 new family members to aiding in the recovery of our rooster who survived a Jack Russell terrier attack, Windsor Pet Hospital has helped us through all our transitions. Im a fan of alternative medicine and Dr. Soboleski is certified in Chinese Medicine. We have been using this alternative method on our older, arthritic dog with excellent results. Windsor Pet Hospital ALWAYS goes "above and beyond." Keep up the great work, ladies!

I just moved to the area and my neighbor uses this vet and she recommended them. I have to say they really are awesome. We move a lot and we have been to many different vets and this is by far one of the best we have been to. The staff and the Doc take time with your fur family and not just rush it. They really seem like they really love the animals and are not there just for the money. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I travel from York County for Dr. Soboleski. You can not beat the price or service. My appointment times have always been met, and I leave confident with a care plan for my animals each time. She welcomed my dog in within minutes of an unexpected emergency and her team was very efficient and professional considering the situation. My dog must know she saved his life. He loves walking through their doors, as do I.

Massive misdiagnosis, and insistent on treating the expensive problem that didnt exist, despite second, third, and fourth opinions from more experienced practices. No thanks, went elsewhere.

These guys are really great! Ive taken my dog to them 3 different times and always received great treatment. They can usually get you in on short notice as well.

Way too expensive. Went there twice and paid for treatments for a problem with my cats, the problem was not fixed in the end.
