Thrive does not care about your pets. i have a basset Hound she is so sweet. Thrive gave me an ear cleaner about a year ago and said dont stop using it.. They said Basset Hounds ears need cleaning on a regular basis. Today I went to pick up the ear cleaner. They refused to give it to me. They told me I could get it a petco. They said if they cant see the dog no ear cleaner. Ear cleaner is just like shampoo except its for the ears. On the bottle they previously wrote clean for life. Yet they refuse to help my dog. They just want me to bring in Saddie so they can collect money for something they say I can get at petco. Im a busy woman and probably wont make it to petco until the weekend. What about Saddie. If you want a vet out for the money only and not the care of your pet. GO TO THRIVE. The vet on duty seemed to be confused about basic ear cleaner and prescription ear cleaner. Even I know the difference. She commented that they changed vets and this is why I can no longer purchase regular ear cleaner at this facility. Update as of 7/18 Dr. Mounce is AMAZING with cats. She is 5 stars and bumped my orgo all review of 3 stars up to 4. The service time has also seemed to improve. Tldr of first review and edit: Super nice staff and clean but very, very slow. Expect routine vaccines to take 40+ minutes. First review: Cheap, clean, and nice staff but a little slow so expect a longer than normal wait time. Edit: Alright, revising my review. Last time I came we found out my kitten was sick so the long wait time was excusable, because we were doing tests and stuff. Right now Im here to get vaccinations, something that should take 30 minutes at most. Ive been here for about 40 minutes and all thats happened is that my kitten has been weighed. The vet tech said theyd be back in a minute but its been about 30...

Daniel Hand.... I just wanted to help you know that as long as your puppy got its first set of shots 3 shots with 3 weeks between them .. then the Vet did do the shots correctly ... I give my dogs their shots.. there is no guarantee that the Parvo vaccine will be 100%... Just as you would not expose a new born baby to someone TB or the FLU.. same goes for puppies and kittens! Its a good practice to keep unvaccinated puppies away from dog parks or other unknown dogs until afterthere shots have been given. Also did you know a dog can get HipC from just sniffing fresh urine of an effected dog Hope you puppy is doing well now... try to learn as much as you can .. even with things you already know .. cuz information does evolve over times since we first learned them

They saved my dogs life!!!! So grateful for the AMAZING people who work here!! Our dog was pregnant, but only had 1 pup that passed. We took her to an emergency clinic where they tried to induce her & she wouldnt deliver. They told us that our dog would die unless we paid $3,000-$5,000 for a c-section to get the dead pup out. We left after they admitted she wasnt in any danger yet. So I called around the next morning, a Saturday, not expecting much, but hoping & praying for the best. The people at Thrive graciously got my dog in, going above & beyond! They got the dead pup out for a fraction of the price of what the other vet wanted to charge & she is now resting at home comfortably!!! So Very Thankful for ALL the Wonderful people who work at this clinic!!!

Do not bring your pet here! You get what you pay for. The vets administered my puppies shots wrong and my little puppy caught parvo! I was told at the emergency clinic it would cost $3,000 or my puppy would get put down! This was devistating! A vet clinic should help animals and do what is best for them. Instead they made an ignorant error that cost me so much. I had a different vet every time! They refused to email me the information on the vaccines when I asked for it. They never tried to even talk to me to cover the emergency clinic bill. Worst experience I have ever had with a pet service. You will just be another # or $ to this business. I mean these are our pets and family members! Very sad.

I was really disappointed in the level of service I received, they took my dog in the back and did everything back there. The vet tech came and spoke to me about running a test but couldnt answer a basic question I had. The vet comes out at the last minute for maybe five minutes, I wasnt given an option for flea/heartworm meds I was given what they wanted to give me. I wanted to give this place a try because I have been to the Corner Vet who is comparable to them but the Corner Vet doesnt treat illnesses or injuries. I will just go to my regular vet next time and pay the $50.00 exam fee and get an actual exam with the vet who is attentive and answers all my questions and gives me various options.

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE! THE WAIT IS EXTREMELY EXTREMELY LONG! AFTER AN HOUR WAIT, THE SO CALLED VETERINARIAN LADY COMES IN AND CHECKS OUT OUR LITTLE BABY PUG OF 3 MONTHS, SHE WASNT EVEN THERE A GOOD THREE MINUTES,WHEN SHE SAID LET ME GO CHECK SOMETHING, NEXT THING YOU KNOW SHES WITH ANOTHER LADY IN"THE LOBBY HAVING WHAT SEEMS TO BE LIKE A CONSULTATION WITH HER, WHILE WERE STILL IN THIS ROOM WAITING ON HER TO COME BACK! WE JUST GOT UP AND LEFT THAT GOOD FORSAKING PLACE!!! LACK OF ATTENTION AND EXTREMELY EXTREMELY THE WAITING WAD EXTREMELY LONG AND MIND YOU, WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT." NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!"

My experience was horrible. I had a dog that was 17 years old that I love. I had to have her put to sleep 3 weeks ago. That was hard enough and they took too long to do it. Then I ask to have her cremated and paid them $260. I would have paid anything to have her die with some dignity. They told me her ashes would probably take 1 to 2 weeks. As of this date 2/18/17 I have not received them nor did they ever call to tell me anything. My dog is still at Thrive. I will get her remains I hope soon. But, I will never go back there. They SUCK!!!!!!! They could have called me, they showed me no empathy.

I had an appointment for 5 o clock, so hoping to get out earlier I got there around 4:40 to get out early. The vet didnt even see my puppy until 5:50. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional, I had another appointment at 7 but had to delay that one cause of them. Only spoke to her for 5 minutes than she disappeared for another 20 minutes to talk to some one in the waiting room. By this time I got out at 6:30, mind you my appointment was at 5.

I go here for the price mainly. It usually takes forever to get somebody to answer the phone. It also usually takes forever to get seen by a veterinarian. I like the thrive affordable vet care on Eldridge better. They actually send you appointment reminders through text. This place, however, has written down appointments on my receipts telling me to show up on a specific date but when I showed up the appointment was never actually made.
