I see that Dr. Angelo Ayar has moved to Tallahassee. My experience was in Gulf Breeze Florida he was working under Gulf Coast Dermatology, a/k/a Dermatology Specialists of Florida. I thought I was to see Dr. vonHilsheimer but instead, got Dr Ayar. He actually performed MOHS surgery on my shoulder and he is not a MOHS surgeon, just a dermatologist. My shoulder got infected, cost many dollars of antibiotics and much pain to get well and my shoulder still bothers me. The scar is a hatchet job. He actually biopsied 2 other places to cut on, but I went to another doctor and it was taken care of with creams, no surgery. I since learned that this facility has many offices, many names and have been investigated for some bad wrong doings.

He charged my husband $40 because he is a "specialist" then refused to perform the service because he was convinced it wasnt a face issues rather and eye issue. He spent 5 minutes googling picture on his phone to prove his theory to me even though the condition he was showing looked nothing like mine. So if you want to pay $40 to be told to go else where he is your guy
