My daughter and I had our first appointment here last week. The front desk staff was pleasant. The waiting room was clean. We only waited in the waiting room for about ten minutes. During this time we were filling out paperwork, so the wait went by quickly. The medical rooms were clean. The paper gowns were horrible (not sure if you can get around that with paper gowns though). Dr. ODonnell & his assistant Lindsay treated us that day. They were both very pleasant. Overall a good experience. We return in a month and I have no hesitation for the next visit. On a side note - I have been to two other dermatologists in the Saginaw area within the last 10 years and I will NOT return to them due to rudeness and extremely long wait times.

Came here with my sister, her appointment was at 11:30, we got here a little early since the last time she came she had to wait a while to get in. We waited over an hour and a half just to get called back. When my sister asked the assistant to get the doctor in as soon as she could since my sister had to work (not knowing she would be here a lifetime and a half waiting) the assistant gave her attitude and barely said two words to us. Dont come here. Everyone in the full waiting room was also getting very agitated as most of them had been waiting over an hour as well. This was on April 13th, 2017.

Be prepared to wait when you come to your appointment. I usually tote both my DS and a book to keep myself occupied. However, Dr. ODonnell is a great doctor, and once youre in the room with him, he is not rushing you out. He really wants to talk to you about your options and hear your concerns. I havent had much interaction with his staff beyond signing in and paying at the end of the appointment, but they all seem friendly enough. Saginaw Valley Dermatology gets 4 stars from me, with one taken off because of the wait times.

Our wait wasnt too bad, but the doctor wasnt in the room with us for very long. Im still trying to get an itemized receipt for the charges from that appointment because the non-specific one they gave me was turned down by my flex spending account administrators. They charged me $15.95, but I dont know for what, and apparently they dont either. Some members of the staff are less than helpful, especially on the phone. They treat you like youre a bother to them and always sound annoyed. I dont plan to go back to this place again.

Called today to make my spouse a appointment after learning they dont accept Meridian. I ask who can she suggest for numb removal first was PCP I stated he doesnt currently have one. Then she said "well get One..." Wow where did Customer Service Go? I have Ins and would never go here. My Opinion

There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the results were quick. I would highly recommend this doctor for anyone in need of skin care.
