I have been going here for 5 years. Since my daughter had her first eye exam. My son has bought his glasses here and so have my spouse and I. Up sides, great quality glasses, and sun glasses. The eye Care is exceptional and the availability is fantastic. Down side its expensive. You get what you pay for that is for sure. How ever I have never been treated so rudely by a receptionist in my history as an adult. Back story, my son has glasses and while rough housing, bent them ever so slightly. I called in to see if we can get them straightened out that day. The receptionist said of course. I thanked her and hung up. When we arrived we were not greeted with a smile or welcome to treasure valley eye Care. Instead we were looked at as if we were a lost pieces of trash wondering into the store by some unfortunate mistake. When I informed her why we were there she immediately retrieved the lady we needed. While my son was being tended to my daughter spittled a little on the counter. Kids sometimes talk so fast it happens. I am not one to leave a mess created by my kids for another to clean up. So I walked up to the counter and asked if they had a towel or (seeing behind the receptionist Clorox bleach wipes) a wipe I could have to clean up the mess. The receptionist looked at me with an emotion I register and anger and exaperation and said "not for the glasses." I then had to explain again what happend and if I could have a wipe to clean up the little drips. She handed me a plain paper towel. I cleaned up the spot, bothered by how I could not sanitze the area as well as I could, had she given me a bleach wipe. Very soon after my son was ready to go, we left without a goodbye or have a good day or come back soon. No one deserves to be judged so cruely or treated like an incompetent person. If there was ever a reason not to go back it would be because of this one experience. How unfortunate.

This office hasnt always been as incompetent as it is now. About a year ago office and medical assistant staff changed. These people are incompetent and rude. Dr. Mills used to have a better bedside manner but that has changed also. My kids and I will not be returning to this office.

The office is great. Been going since i was little. Way better then the previous eye doctor. Dr. Mills is one of the best eye doctors. Whenever you ask a question he explains it with no delay. Will continue going there. Office ladies are nice and friendly along with affordable too.

I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. They got me in fast. Everyone was really friendly. They answered all my questions. I will be going back in the future. Dr. Highsmith is awesome.

This place is horrible, they try to nickel and dime you for every single repair that is covered by insurance, they replacement and warranty plans ... Not so much,
