The docs are good especially Dr. Fagan, however the customer service from the front desk is not so great. My wife went in to pick up a contact for my son and the lady at the front told her to wait a minute, went to the back then came back to the front and started helping another customer. 15 minutes later (kids meanwhile are waiting in the car) my wife went back to the lady and asked if they had the contact and the lady told her they could not find it and to come back another time...and call ahead preferably. Ouch. I also had an experience where I was told I needed to go the facility in CDA to pick up some items because the Post Falls site was not opened at the time. I arrived at the time the clinic was supposed to open, but no one showed up for 15 minutes. The reason given for the late arrival was because the clinic was having a meeting off site. In my experience the customers are not always treated with respect, but I still like the docs.

This is the best experiance Ive had at an eye doctor ever! Everyone was friendly, helpful, courteous. Dr. Johnson is as nice as he can be and his staff is just as nice. They are definitely the ones to make "having to wear glasses" fun.

Work Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and person on phone stated thats when were open. Sorry cant help you with an exam during those times. Didnt even refer out. What happened to customer service and being open on the Weekends

Called for an estimate for eye exam. Quoted $171 for exam for glasses and lenses. Dont call here unless you have insurance and dont care, or enjoy getting bent over a barrel.....
