I was referred to Dr. Le after my opthalmalogist died suddenly by the retinologist who had performed surgery on on of my eyes. I was impressed by Dr. Les thoroughness and attention to detail as, for example, his obtaining my eye measurements from the manufacturer of my cataract lenses when I did not have cards showing the measurements and the performing opthalmalogist did not maintain records of prior patients after eight years. Of course, Dr. Les measurements were identical to those he received back from the lens manufacturer. Dr. Les staff is knowledgeable, competent and courteous. The office is immaculate as one would expect of a medical facility and appointment times are honored with little or no waiting time.

Dr. Lee was very professional, thorough and pleasant last year. Update 12/16. Came in and wanted an opinion about eye drops I had been prescribed at my out of state physician recently. His staff asked I pay my co pay and for dilation without every inquiring about what my problem was. My questioning the process brought my visit with the doctor to a stop. After waiting an hour I left. Not once did anyone ask me what my problem was. They certainly had time to take my credit card and charge it. Something wrong when the needs of the patient are not inquired about prior to putting you in the line for services I had just completed out of state. I am sure he is a very capable physician but his office management needs help.

After doing some research, my wife and I decided on Dr Le to perform my father in laws cataract surgery. My father in law is 83 years old and the main caretaker for his wife suffering from Alzheimers. We were concerned about the success of his cataract surgery, but Dr. Le provided very professional and cautious but optimistic information. My father in law decided to have both eyes done and to our relief, all went better than expected. Dr. Le was very kind, informative and professional. The surgeries were both done at different dates and were ontime and without complication. I would recommend Dr. Le to anyone having cataract surgery.

It is a rare occasion to find a truly competent doctor who doesnt rush you in and then rush you out. Dr. Le is probably the only ophthalmologist I will let treat my eyes. I recently had a rather difficult situation involving my eyes. I called Dr. Les office and his staff gave me an appointment an hour later. Within 20 minutes of testing, Dr. Le accurately assessed my situation and correctly identified the problem I was encountering. I would highly recommend Dr. Le to anyone needing the services of a competent ophthalmologist. Every staff member I met in his office was just as professional as Dr. Le.

Dr. Le has been our Opthamologist since he opened his practice. He and his staff have proivided excellent care. Over the past year he diagnosed a retina problem and referred me to a Retina Specialist who performed surgery to correct my problem. When that was successfully handled he then removed cataracts from both of my eyes. Prior to the procedures he spent a generous amount of time answering all of my questions and explaining all of my options. The procedures were completeluy painless. I no longer need glasses and require only drugstore type readers. I couldnt be happier with the outcome.

I had a case of the shingles in January of 2016 and was referred to Dr. Le from the emergency clinic located at Monterey and Country Club. The concern was my case of the shingles moving into my eye and he saw me right away. I was lucky and had no problems with it moving into the eye. Dr. Le continued to monitor my eyes until everything was back to normal. I would recommend him to anyone requiring an eye Doctor. I will use him again if my eyes need attention. I am a Canadian snowbird and having a eye doctor like Dr. Le is comforting when were are there for the winters.

I was referred to Dr. Le by my optometrist because I was experiencing double vision. Dr. Le has taken a great deal of time with me, carefully prescribing corrective lenses and conducting many follow up visits to be sure the lenses are working correctly and that no changes are occurring in my vision. He is very patient and has a good "chairside" manner. All of the office staff is very polite, caring and professional in their approach. It feels to me that my care and comfort are important to all of them.

Went there and sat for hours, found out they book multiple people all at same time but dont tell you this. Rude office as well! Most importantly I was misdiagnosed! I went for second opinion to two other Doctors and was confirmed that this was indeed true. Dr Le gave me wrong diagnosis, conveniently meant Id be "buying" two cataract surgeries. Only needed one AND totally missed another very important eye problem requiring major surgery. STAY AWAY from these people. ZERO STARS .

Excellent Physician. Expert clinician. Caring and kind. Answers all your questions. I am diabetic and I would not trust my eyes to anybody else. Dr. Le is a special kind of clinician; one who genuinely cares about his patients. He is not one of those docs that practice medicine for the money. He takes pride in keeping your eyes healthy. Dr. Le has also somehow found the cream of the crop when it comes to his office staff. All are well trained and accommodating.

I had cataract surgery over 18 months ago from an out of town Ophthalmologist and had what felt like the cataract had grown back. Dr. Hal Le assured me that it was not a new cataract and that the surgery to fix this issue would be quick and painless. It was quick and painless. My vision is so much better. His office staff have been very helpful and the wait time was minimal, even when I showed up for an appointment on the wrong day.

I was nervous at first, but the operation was very smooth and as I was told, I dont remember anything. That evening, after the surgery, Dr. Le called me at home to see how I was doing. That is first. At my advanced I have had several major surgeries and nobody has ever call me. The follow up in the Dr. Les office has been very satisfactory, and I am considering doing my other eye as well. Very caring and very good staff.

I was referred to Dr. Les office for cataract surgery. I was a bit anxious and nervous about the procedure. However, the office staff were welcoming and calming. Dr. Le explained what the surgery would accomplish, how much recovery time as well as the follow. Surgery for both eyes went smoothly and Im extremely happy with the results. I have referred several friends to Desert Eye and Laser.

Jim Spencer Best vision ever now. Ten years ago had lasik surgery from another local doctor. Disaster and a set back. Had cataract surgery from Dr. Le 3-4 years ago. Good results. Last week had laser surgery on secondary cataracts. Wow. I can watch a golf ball all the way to the green. Professional office and staff. Very detail oriented. I tell my friends how good it was for me.
