Everything was great until I ordered contacts through my pharmacy. They denied my order verification because it wasnt the brand the doctor SUGGESTED. While in office they offered me 2 brands to choose from. I asked their opinion and he suggested the more expensive out of the 2 (of course lol). I found a better deal through my pharmacy and bought through them instead. The require that my order be approved by my optometrist. Why? I have no idea, but whatever no biggie. I find out the next day its been denied. They explain why and I call my Drs office. They give me their reason why and Im annoyed. Im trying to avoid my money getting tied up AND I really want this deal they have going. I explain my plight and Im told they will talk to the doctor and get it handled. They call back and Im told its all handled. They spoke to the dr and my pharmacy and my order is ok. YAY! Except...I called the pharmacy today to check the status. It was never fixed. Its still cancelled. I can reorder sure. But I shouldnt have to. I was never prescribed that particular brand. Even still why does it matter what brand I choose to buy...if I selected out of the 2 I was presented by them? I now get to wait 3 days for the money to clear with my bank. And if I do reorder I get to wait 7-10business days to receive them. Safe to say Ill be returning back to Insight EyeCare off of 215 and russel. Ive had no complaints with them before. Ill just have to commute. Im glad you are aware of the law. However. I ordered from the 2 brands your office suggested. Not whatever I wanted. Or I wouldve picked a completely different brand with a better deal. But yes Im happy your office was able to fix it. Hopefully when I attempt to order again there will be no confusion.

My daughter and I both went here earlier this year for eye exams, but when my wife went today they said she wasnt covered by our insurance. They insisted that she wasnt covered despite our showing an insurance card with our entire family listed on it, and tried to force her to pay the cash price for the exam. Im sorry, but Ive never even heard of an insurance plan that only covers a parent and one of his children, but not any other family members and its absurd that anyone working in a doctors office would think that type of plan even exists. If they wanted to retain any business from our family, they would have made phone calls to the insurance company to resolve the issue. Instead, they are losing our business and should lose yours as well. Its not like we were overly impressed with them in the first place - they were just the convenient option for us at the time we scheduled our initial appointments.

I was running out of contacts and I got a next-day appointment with Dr. Dadej. I was seen quickly and everyone in the office was friendly and knowledgeable. As I was running out of contacts, I didnt have boxes to bring in to show my old measurements. They took new ones and we did the vision screening. Dr. Dadej is very good at what he does--he was able to explain and account for an issue with getting the proper prescription which has plagued me for years. No other eye doctor has done this! Also, I noticed when I went to fill my contact prescription that he had given me the smaller size. When they came, they fit even better than ever! Id been wearing the wrong contact size for 10+ years. Im so grateful I found this practice.

RIP OFF!!! Avoid if possible. Bought a pair of glasses for my 17 year old daughter and within on week the first time she cleaned them they broke. They are very thick black plastic sturdy frames and should not have broken while cleaning. I felt like the lenses were to tight and that is what caused the break. After getting the run around from the receptionist for two weeks telling me that Dr. Dadaj was too busy to talk to me, I finally just went down to the office. I asked him if he would replace the frames. I was told that I would have to pay for new frames. I told him that the frames were defective and that I didnt think it was right. He said there was nothing he could do for me.

Got 6 months worth of contacts and they are not even the right prescription. I cant even see very far when I have them in and they hurt and burn my eyes causing a massive migraine. I tried to return them to either get my money back (I only use two pairs, so I have 4 left) or get a better prescription but it cost me more money. Im under Elizabeth Chandler. I just got off the phone with you guys today. This is awkward, I came in November. Thats less then 6 months ago. I think its time for you guys to take responsibility and get things straight.

Great experience! I called on a Wednesday and was able to get in on the next Saturday.The lady at the front desk was very friendly. After filling out the paperwork we were called back shortly after that with no wait which I really appreciate. Dr. Dadej was amazing with my son and doing his eye exam, and he explained everything in detail. The assistant said the glasses would be ready in 7-10 days and his glasses ended up arriving 6 days after his appointment. Everything was great from the beginning and we will definitely be back!

They never let you know when your glasses are in. I have to call periodically and hope they are there. Not once, not twice, but several times. Usually a front office notifies you when A.) Your insurance is approved and B.) When your glasses are ready for pick up. I get neither of following updates. I have to take it into my own hands to call and ask if my glasses are there and usually get an," Oh yeah, theyre here." like its no big deal. Smh. It wasnt my one and only time. Notice I spoke of the numerous times Ive gone.

I agree with the last review COMPLETELY!!!...only came here through my insurance. My frame broke after 4 months. Got the same exact run around. Even worse is the snobby attitude I recieved....Thank god my wifes attitude rubbed off me..cause i was ready to rip them a new A-hole. STAY AWAY!!! I am also contacting my insurance company to let them the poor people they choose to indorse.

Every time I come into this office the ladies at the front are always so nice. I love the service they provide. Especially when I have a difficult time choosing which frames to get they always give me good feedback. I LOVE Dr. Rhett. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I would HIGHLY recommend the Eyecare Center to anyone.

I have been here a few times, called made appt for Sat 07/01 and then they call me today saying they need to cancel cause of the holiday, which is the following Tuesday. I guess thats the way they want to run a business. Dont care who they put out as long as they get there extra days off. Also on website only puts good reviews.
