absolutely ridiculous! the office is way over booked all the time on average i have waited between 1-3 hours to even be seen.on top of that out of the 5 visits i have scheduled i have only actually seen the physician 2 times, i get to my appointment 15 minutes early because i respect other peoples time un like this office and he is not even there and i have to see his assistant or he is running way behind and they offer to re schedule another week or two out with his assistant i am very un happy with the treatment i received at this office both time wise and medically, the only reason more than one appointment was booked was because of issues resulting from the first visit, i will no longer even try to see this physician and will begin a search for a new dermatologist

1st you go & after 3 treatments nothing has been resolved. Then for your follow up appts. they cant do because they are over booked & schedule a week later,then when you go you walk in & its so packed you find 1 seat for myself & my kid. I noticed so I go up & ask & she said its at least a minimum of a 45 min wait!! Now yesterday they called me 3 times to confirm we are coming & tells me shes not in the computer system! Seriously?? I tell them yes she is she has been there 3 times & you have taken my co-payments. So basically if you have time to wait forever to get your treatment completed oh I forgot $ also for your co-payment this is the place for you!!

Front staff is not knowledgable and needs better training. I called 2 different times to make sure they participated with our insurance plan, which they assured me they did. Took half a day off work and drove from Davison to Flint. Upon arriving, they had to call and ask someone again if they accepted our insurance. Shouldnt front desk employees know such an important part of their job? Otherwise maybe have a master list they can look at by the desk of acceptable insurance?

Place is a joke a 2 hr wait with making the appt 2 weeks in advance. Way over booked and never see the drs just the assistants. Office staff is extremely rude and not enough chairs for patients to wait bc of such over booking
