My experience with the front desk staff was horrible, when scheduling I was told they didnt accept my insurance when I showed up for my appointment and filled out the paperwork and after paying for my office visit they told me well we have to bill your insurance first so they had to do a refund for the money I paid. My experience with the doctor was terrific Dr Rinek was very through will his explanation of the condition of my skin and the things to avoid etc. He even went above and beyond to check up on me after being seen in his office.

I appreciate that Dr. Rinek knows what to look for to prevent serious skin issues. He does not waste my time or my insurance money with silly cosmetic issues or with non-threatening skin tags and the like. He was very patient and thorough when he explained how and where to apply the prescription, precancer cell cream. He practices what he preaches in that he is part way through using the same cream regimen on his face...he showed me the spots that were affected.

Dr. Rinek was referred to me by a friend after debating on which dermatologist I should contact. Dr. Rinek was very articulate as was his assistant Nicole! All my questions were answered in detail and I walked away from my voice was heard and all of my questions answered! As a licensed esthetician in the state of Michigan I would highly recommend Dr. Rinek and his staff!

Always feel at ease when going in as I know my privacy will be respected when skin assessment done. I am one of the unfortunates with history of skin cancer and I dread the day he announces his retirement. He works quickly, efficiently and is as tissue sparing as he can be to avoid scarring. I highly recommend especially for those with history.

As always, my visit was handled promptly and professionally, from beginning to end. Dr. Rinek was pleasant but thurough. He took time to answer all my questions. He explained everything he was doing and everything he planned to do. He made sure I understood all medicines and plans for my future. I am lucky to have Dr. Rinek as my dermatologist.

Dr. Rinek is always never in a rush when seeing you. Asks to see if you have any questions. Is very prompt in his scheduling and appointments. Explains everything he does as far as treatments and follow ups. My husband and I have been going to him for several years and we will miss Dr. Rinek terribly when he retires in mid 2017. !!!

I just had my second visit with Dr. Rinek. Both visits went well. He doesnt jump at the chance to cut you open. He measures and monitors if there are any spots of concern. Hes very professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that my visits seemed a little rushed. Other than that.... I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Rinek and his staff take great care of us. He has quickly and (almost) painlessly removed all of those nasty cancerous and pre-cancerous skin lesions. He doesnt pull the dirty trick of bringing us back over and over again when its not necessary. We think he rocks!!
