My Doctor Sarah was one of the nicest doctors Ive ever had! Very sweet and informative, even though when she shouted out technical terms I didnt understand them but she made them to where you could. Ive never been to the office before and over looked the part that said "over" on the bottom of the sheet of paper, I only filled out the front of it and she sends it back to me and says "SEE theres the spot that reads OVER! You FLIP it over!!" The typing was distorted and couldnt really read the rest of it, but made it through with figuring it out. There was a handfull of people in the office when she made me feel incompotent and it didnt make me feel any better! She could have said it nicer and been more professional about it!

The PA there is very rude and completely disregards the reason for my appointment. I told her what is working for me, and she disregarded and told me to try using something else that another derm says does not work well for me and is actually harming my skin long term. I then inquired about fixing sun damage and she was focused more on the fact I attributed them to retinol use(which she initially told me will make me burn) then the fact I simply wanted direction on how to reduce redness. Idk if she was in a bad mood because my appointment was later in the day on a Friday or what but Ill absolutely be making the 1 hour drive to see my at home derm following this.

I forgot about appointment and his secretary gave me a call about 5 minutes beforehand. Could have made it within 15 minutes, but she contacted him and he informed her that he wont reschedule. I cant say that Ive ever had that happen before. First, they schedule my appointment about a month out and then he refused to see me since I would have been late. I recognize that I shouldnt have forgotten, but I cant say that Ive ever been treated this way by a doctor before. It gives a very poor impression. I guess they get enough clients that they dont have to worry about retaining them.

Ive had a great experience at Forefront. I have a condition that required trial and error in order to get things to start to improve. Sara was very thorough in honing on on the techniques to help me see improvement. It took awhile, but I feel that I have improved noticeably. Ive had no negative experiences whatsoever and appreciate that positive way Ive been treated as a patient by Sara and the office staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they needed dermatology.

Today I had appointment with Doctor Sarah,First time I met a doctor who came into room saying there no cure for certain conditions and you need to understand this with out even checking. I know there is no cure, but definitely we can minimize with some medications. And she wanted to try with Moisturizers and Dove soaps as though I am using Tide on my skin. She dont have patience to listen to What I wanted to say. I would not recommend this Doctor

Dr. Sara was awesome and patient with my impatience. I had wanted to do more aggressive treatment which would have been extremely painful. She encouraged me to give her treatments a chance and if they didnt work wed get aggressive with it. Her treatments worked and she explained her methods each step of the way. Id recommend Forefront Dermatology to everyone I know.

Tried to call to schedule my first appointment. The first woman I spoke too was very kind. However, I called back again, and another woman (named Stephanie) answered and was rude from the get go. She made me feel incompetent, but I just have never done this before. Will be looking for a different place, where the employees dont make me feel inept.

Receptionist is obviously sickly today. Im active duty and she is acting completely disrespectful. Besides that, Sara was my consultant and she was incredible. Taught me allot and has set me on the path of clearer skin. Because of Sara I would definitely recommend this facility. Just be prepared for a salty receptionist.
