It was awful. Granted, this was a few years ago, but it sealed the deal that I was not worth their time. I was told, and researched, that this was the best place in town, and it was the worst place Ive ever been to. The only person who had empathy, was the nice lady at the front desk who took my information. Dr. Kennedy never came out, and I was seen by a PA (Kelley). At the time, I had a severe case of eczema, coupled with my usual skin issues (psoriasis, dermatitis, low grade ichthiosis), it was blowing up and out of control. Kelley didnt even bother to look at me. She came in, told me it was eczema, and to take an allergy pill (allegra). I asked her if she needed to look at the issues at hand, and she said she didnt need to. Fastforward to now, the eczema is mostly gone, but the skin issues are worsened. People still recommend this place, and Im in shock, because that one time has basically made me feel like I wasnt worth their help. I needed help, and I was told to piss off with an allergy pill. Thanks Kelley! Youre the best. NOT. Im under the impression that this place is more concerned with aesthetic cosmetology, than actual legit skin issues. Id be afraid of someone with cancerous moles growing on them if they went here.

Dr. Kennedy and her staff are the best! I have been treated for numerous skin cancers over a period of about 10 years. She (and her staff) always treats me with respect and cares about me. My son and husband have also used this office for various skin issues. They have seen Dr. Kennedy and the Physician Assistants and have been happy with the care they received. I highly recommend this dermatology office. If you are looking at all the reviews here, you need to take into consideration that some individuals will write reviews as a form of intimidation to get what they want. Also, choosing a doctor is a very personal choice. Hopefully the choice is not made solely on reviews found online. Online reviews are a good start, but talk to people you trust to find a physician that suits your needs.

This was my first time visiting a dermatologist, and I was very excited to finally tackle a problem Ive been having for months now. Staff was very nice, and courteous. But ultimately I was not satisfied with the doctor. Patricia Weed. She was very short with me, didnt bother to look at my skin, and offered me products that I would have to purchase online rather than her actually trying to fix the problem. She was not welcoming, and seemed as if she had other engagements. I did not like the fact that I was not examined, and felt as if this visit was a consultation. I left feeling unsettled, and as if my problem wasnt thoroughly examined, or even treated. I will not be coming back to this doctors office, and wish that I didnt pay $40 all to be told to go on amazon and order soap!

I saw Patricia Weed and I would highly recommend her for an annual skin exam. I appreciated how thorough and detailed she was. She also wrote me several prescriptions for my acne, and she was very clear with her recommendations and the instructions. She really took the time to check me over and answer my questions. I did not feel rushed (like with some doctors that just want to get in and out). I truly appreciated her approach. And he nurse/assistant was so friendly and really put me at ease! I highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kennedys for many years. I have been treated by her and her staff. Everyone has always been extremely professional, respectful, and helpful. She is very attentive, listens to every concern, and provides options for any treatment I have needed. She provides a thorough explanation of what procedures are covered by insurance, which ones are not and why, and how much I would need to pay. I highly recommend her and her staff for any dermatological concerns/issues.

Dr. Kennedys office is fantastic and her staff does an exceptional job. I have seen other Doctors in town and the experiences dont match up with Dr. Kennedy’s office. On most occasions I see Dr. Kennedy (without asking to see her) and she always takes her time with me unlike most doctors who come in for a minute and walk out. I highly recommend Dr. Kennedy’s office if you are looking for an incredible Doctor and staff, you will be glad you schedule an appointment.

I was a new patient and I must say that I found Dr. Kennedy to be both professional and knowledgeable. I had a few follow-up questions that necessitated another visit and was offered the option of seeing one of Dr. Kennedys P.A.s instead of having to wait for an available appt. weeks away. I took that option and found that Kelly was every bit as helpful as Dr. Kennedy and I felt that her advice and opinion was sound. Will remain a loyal patient of this practice!

She takes care of those problems until they are problems no more. She wants us healthy and well. She is gentle, kind, and caring. You cannot find a better Dermatologist. I was not one of Dr. Kennedys patients. However, when I called and discovered they did not accept my insurance, the receptionist was super sweet and referred me to another doctor. I have no clue how Dr. Kennedy is, she might be a complete lunatic for all I know! But the staff was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful.

Everyone was courteous, professional and polite. I saw them within the week as a referral. The Dermatologist was compassionate - she did not act as though I was recently discharged from a leper colony. She seems very competent. I feel as though I am in good hands. Unequivocally excellent.

I had a concern that hasnt been addressed though I have called and left a message for the office manager. The staff is very nice however if the office doesnt provide a service there, it should be clear to the patient before hand. Plus you never get to see a doctor just nurses.

Its impossible to see the doctor. We have only seen nurses. The nurses are great but we had an issue where we needed a doctor and they were booked for months out. They need more doctors.
