I have been to this office twice. Both visits have not been good visits. The 1st visit was a year ago. My daughter and I went there and waited over 2 hours and was never seen. I went back to the front desk to ask for my license and insurance card back and the young lady told me she was just about to put our information in the system. After 2 hours waiting and you still have not put our information in. I waited 1 year later and decided to try again. My visit was 5/26/2010 at 2:30 pm. I was not called back to see a doctor unti 3:40pm. I was seen by the PA and an Assistant. Not a problem for me. Here is when it starts to turn for the worse. The PA took her shoes off in front of me. The assistant face was peeling from the ear to the front. (SCARY) and the PA talked to me for less than 5 minutes. She said she could treat me with products at the saloon next door. I said is it covered by insurance? She said no it would be out of pocket. I said anything out of pocket I can not afford at this time. I then asked her about hair removal on my chin. She again offered me an out of pocket procedure that would cost $780.00. I said to her, I already told you anything not covered by insurance I would not be able to do at this time. I asked were there any other options and she said no.(SHe needs to learn to listen to her clients) She leaves and the assistant comes back in with the prescriptions. Okay all this took less than 10 minutes. Why do I need to wait over an hour if it takes that short of a time to be seen? When I leave I found out that Dr. Boutte owns the saloon next door. OH, that explains why she (the PA) was only interested in me taking procedures/treatment available next door. (UPSELLING) Ok, the following day I go online to check my benefits and what do I see? I was over billed. I was billed $70.83 when in fact I should have only been billed $5.65 because I have a HRA account and I had $10.81 left in it. I called the office 3 times. spoke with the office supervisor 2 of those times. and all they want to tell me is there procedure. THAT I MUST WAIT 90 DAYS FOR A REFUND. I explained not acceptable. Then she says when A credit is received she (Cleo Office Supervisor) will ask Mr Boutte, (Office manager) to cut me a refund check. Now I call back today 6/14/2010 and speak with Ms. Cleo again (The office supervisor) and she tells me she never spoke to me before. I said, "oh yeah, I have it written down." That would mean that someone in your office must be pretending to be you on the phone. And she responded and said, "I would hope not." I said must be because I have your name written down. Then in the next breath she goes on to say that on the last phone call she told me she would have Mr. Boutte (Office Manager) send payment when my account shows a credit. (IRONIC THING IS THE SENTENCE BEFORE THAT SHE SAID SHE NEVER SPOKE WITH ME BEFORE) (Hmmm) I did not even bother to call her out on that, I just wrote it in my notes. So I called my insurance company to see if payment was made. Check sent 6/03/2010 and the check cleared the bank on 6/11/2010. (Hmmmm) Not sure of their accounting procedures. Since 5/27/2010 AND TODAY IS 6/14/2010 I HAVE MADE 3 PHONE CALLS, A DISPUTE LETTER BY MAIL AND A DISPUTE WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY HAVE YET TO CALL ME AND RESPOND TO MY DISPUTE LETTER MY PHONE CALLS NEITHER HAVE THEY RESPONDED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. All contacts and attempts have come from me and me only. (THAT SPEAKS LOUD ABOUT HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS) Not to mention NO ONE has yet to apologize to me for the inconvenience on either of the 3 phone calls that I have made to them. ALSO REVIEW THEM CLOSELY. THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATING IS AN "F" AND CHECK OUT THE REASON WHY.

This place does not have good customer service (bedside manner). First off it is very hard to get an appointment with the doctor unless you are getting the "SPA SERVICES." I never saw the doctor saw, I only saw the PA and she didnt even really look at me skin, as a matter of fact she didnt even have a headlamp on to see what exactly what was going on with my outbreak. Every professional dermatologist I have ever seen has worn a headlamp and and looked at my skin. I told her the medicine that worked for me a long time ago as a last resort and she went straight into saying lets start you on that before suggesting less harsh remedies. The office visit felt more like an assembly line after about because after about 3 minutes she then sent in a nurse to handle the rest of the visit and talk with me before I could finish with her. The nurse that came in talked just as fast. I hardly understood a word they said, which lead to me missing pertinent information and coming for a 2nd appointment unnecessarily. On the the 2nd visit it was the same assembly line type of feel, I didnt even finish my office visit with the PA before a asian nurse who barely speaks good english came in. It was horrible how could they have someone explain something to you whose english is not good. Needlessly to say I was not able to start on the medicine and I called the office to see what my next step would be and I was told a nurse or the PA would call me back they did not. I called them back several times and after explaining my situation to a nurse she kept suggesting the same thing over and over as if I hadnt explain my situation to her already (very hard of hearing and impatient). The 2nd to the last time I called back I was left on hold for a ridiculously long time. I called backed again and told the person answering the phone Yolanda that they where sorry and their service sucked and I would not be returning. After reading other reviews I will also check my insurance bill to make sure I was not wrongfully charge for anything. Do not go to these people at least not on the medical side and definitely do not see any PA, you will receive subpar service and equally dismal customer service. Premiere Dermatology gets an F- from me.

First of all!!!! I wish I wouldve read the reviews!! Please do NOT go to this office unless you are being seen by the DOCTOR NOT THE PA!!! The PA SEEN me on my first visit! My face ended up worse! I have had better education and treatment from Ultas aesthetician!! My skin looks worse now that what I did when I started treatment! Its a terrible shame that Dr. Bouttè has someone representing her firm like this. Dr. Bouttè was highly recommended and I WILL NOT STEP foot in this office unless I am being seen by her! The PA was so clueless on what works on my skin and even asked me what prescription do I want to try!!! Excuse me??? Im coming to you to get help! And youre asking me what I want to use???? Im so livid that Ive wasted my time here! My face couldve cleared up if I wouldve went to another office! I made an appointment to a new office and I hope they will help me better than this place! The PA did not even EXAMINE My face! Did not run any blood work to see if I was allergic to anything??? Didnt see what kind of skin I have or anything!! I became educated about my skin through the treatments I received at Ulta! Ulta examined my skin under a microscope and knows the type of skin I have! Im so devistated that I wasted my time at this office!! Its a shame BC Dr. Bouttè is a very nice lady but she is loosing clients BC of the people she had in charge of her clients! Your face is the most important skin on your body! I have to look at my face everyday its depressing looking at it with so many problems! Trusting this PA was the worse thing Ive done for my face! Please take my advice and seek treatment some where else!
