Very friendly staff, honestly dont understand why the other reviews are so negative. You fill out a form if something goes to a lab and they tell you if theyre sending anything away. The doctors do their best to have your insurance cover expenses OR offer to give you cheaper options. Everyone there is there to make sure youre experience is the best that it can be. Never had any trouble with calls being transferred or having them get back to my. Prescriptions are typically filled the day of my appointment (unless the pharmacy is out). Staff is very on top of everything they are doing. Dont let a dropped call or people not reading what they sign turn you away.

Please be careful of this office. They will send your records to the lab without your permission or informing you first. At least need inform patient there is coming bill from the lab.So dont be surprised if you receive a bill from a lab. It doesnt matter how much it is but its just not the professional way.

I called this practice to ask about insurance they accepted. The appt scheduler that answer tried to help but was unsure. I requested to speak with the person that verifies insurance. I was transferred, the woman picked up the phone and then hung it up on me!

Pls be careful here, before treatment make it clear about treatment cost otherwise you will be surprised when you get the bill, I had bad experience and also for lab result waited 2weeks then I went to office after that they gave the result...so disappointed
