Ive been a patient with them for about 2 years now. I pay my balance at each visit because I dont want to give my card number over the phone or send it through the mail. Upon attempting to make an appointment recently, they denied me making an appointment with them because I had an unpaid balance. I have told them many times to write a note in my account that I will pay in person during my visits and theyve never had any issues until now. I, apparently, can pay online now, but Ill be paying and then never returning. Dont treat your patients that way. Your service isnt that great to begin with (LONG wait times past appointment times (30-40 minutes every time), feeling like youre just another number, doctors dont take time to answer questions/always in a rush to get to the next person, scarring, scarring, scarring, etc.) I went to a dermatologist as a kid and dont have scars like I do with this one. Im just done, wouldnt recommend them.

This place is the worst dermatologist in State of Georgia. First they said I didnt pay my co-pay, which of course they take everytime. So I paid double, fine. I went for minor acne, and was prescribed a cream that burned my whole face. Yes my whole skin burned. My face has not been the same. I have scars which will last life time. Imagine I have ever had anything on my face and now I am having to put foundation for the first time in my life. They never took care of the problem and when I went back the staff was extremely rude. The office manager tried to speak to me, but it was so unnameable to listen as her breath killed it. There are plenty of places to go, so why put up with nasty, rude office staff and more importantly prescribe something so dangerous. I hope this helps some, not to choose these folks. Thanks!

WORST DR OFFICE EVER! Very unprofessional and uncaring. How do they call us and schedule an appointment when we arrive they state that there is NO APPT, WHAT? We ask to speak to office manager and Vickie greets us and is very very unprofessional. When we voicedo our concern about reviews online and my son warned us not to go to their office, she replied, "well maybe you should have listened to him" All of this was for an infant with suspicious spot. We WILL NOT BE BACK! IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE OR FAMILY MEMBERS DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

This is a very good Dermatology Group. I give a poor rating for 1 reason and thats the way they do payments. This group continues to insist you pay "my portion" of the payment at Time of service but the amount they tell you is always wrong and I end up overpaying. I have gotten 3 checks in the last 3 visits for overpayment. I have asked them repeatedly "Please bill me my portion after the insurance pays their part" but they refuse and insist on me overpaying. Then they are unable to credit the money back to my HSA account.

Very professional. I have seen two of the PAs in this practice, Chris Golden and Matthew Brunner. Both providers gave excellent care. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered. I felt well taken care of. My wait times were less than the average wait time at a doctors office. I always try and get first morning or first after lunch appointments at any of my Doctor appointments...no wait!! I will definitely be returning for future care. Staff was nice and welcoming.

I took my daughter there and her back is so scarred up she is embarrassed to wear a bathing suit. When I took her back in to show them, they told me it would cost ME out of pocket to repair but I dont trust them to touch her.DONT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. They told us that my Mother should get her affairs in order because she had skin cancer so we took her to Emory thinking she was dying and the prognosis was positive! These people are not professional.

I wish I didnt have to give one star!!! This place is terrible!!!! Please dont take your love one there!!! I read the reviews before going there but thought I would give them a shot... worse mistake of my life!!! My poor 14 month was not taken care of at all... Vickie the office manager is the worst EVER!!!! She told me I shouldve listen to the reviews and went somewhere else.. please pick somewhere else to take yourself or your loved ones!!!!

I went yesterday to have a few spots checked out that were suspicious. Luckily, it was just spots to remind me that I am getting old! I saw Vanessa, a PA and her nurse. They were wonderful! I asked dozens of questions and they answered everything even including a few samples of coupons for skin care products. I had two spots frozen with a minimal amount of discomfort. Very professional!
