I tried this office because it was covered on my insurance. The wait was very long - over an hour, and they split up the XRays, exam, and the cleaning over two visits, ostensibly to make more money. The worst part was that I never got a cleaning, because the Dr took one look at my teeth - no probes, no measurement of margins, nothing, and said (not to me, the patient, but to the assistant, which is rude) she needs to be scheduled for "deep cleaning." He also showed me two spots on the X-ray that he said were cavities that needed filling. They didnt look darker than any other areas of the X-ray. Really. I did some research, and although insurance will cover this cleaning that takes four visits and costs a LOT, like $750 per quarter region..its not even a real thing! Dentists have another name for it. The only people who need this kind of work are those with periodontal disease, which would come with symptoms like pain (which I dont have) and measurable separation of the gums from the teeth. Its for people who havent had regular dental work. I feel sorry for people who believe this guy. They mostly seem like they dont have a lot of money already, and they use their insurance to cover this nonsense work. Another Dentist looked at their X-rays and no, there arent any cavities, and no periodontal disease. Regular cleaning. See you in 6 months. Cheaper to just pay out of pocket, and cancel the insurance.

-0 star . don`t go this place everyone .all they want its money .they did take medicaid ,but only for X-Rays and normal cleaning.first time also last time going to destiny dental in ypsilanti mi .after x-rays the Dr.did not check my tooth .only looking the computer X-Rays said ,#1,#2.#3.#4 teeth need the deep cleaning, #5 need Root Canal .after said the medicaid not cover those ,almost $ 2000 dollars you need pay by yourself, so i said i just want normal cleaning ,they Not allowed. so i change to the other dental office .they take X-Rays too,but check every single teeth ,then say #1,#2,#3,#4,teeth only need normal cleaning and filling ,#5 teeth need root canal just Relatively close to the tooth nerve,filling after cleaning its fine .very important its everything cover by medicaid .you will know how different ? everybody want money,but get the right way please! care someone,

I had an appointment for 5:30pm and I rushed to make it and got there at 5:38pm and the staff very rudely informed me that the Doctor had already left. When I asked them why somebody did not call me to tell me that the Doctor had already left they told me that I was late. I told them I work until 5pm and rushed hear and they said "a lot of people work until 5pm and leave early from work or take time off to make it." The staff then snapped at me when I said I couldnt get the time off work. If you want a Dentist that leaves if your 8 mins late to your appointment then this is the place for you. They also do not even have 1 day a month that they stay open past 5:30pm. Most places have 1 day a week that they stay open late to accomodate their clients. Every time I come they rush their work and do a rushed job, even for a cleaning. Will never be back.

I called 2 hours before my appt to cancel. The office mgr was VERY RUDE, she said since its my 3rd time cancelling an appt i would no longer be seen unless it is an emergency. I HAVE MS...AND AM HAVING A BAD DAY, I CANNOT WALK. What does this witch want me to do....float into the office? I explained that im not feeling well and my legs arent working today and she said its their policy after 3 cancellation not to see that patient any longer. If this was any regular day...id be there... Today im having a flare up. I also want to add the reason i had an appointment in the first place was to fix the fillings that fell out and broke from last week!!! while most of the staff is very friendly i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE ...

Worst Dentist Ever - took my child for their "cleaning special" - they blatantly LIED about my child having 7 cavities in order to attempt NON-NECESSARY procedures. 3 months prior, she had 0 at Aspen Dental. Judging by other reviews (see below), they try to SCAM you with non-existent problems. After the visit here, my child was sobbing because the male dentist made her feel awful for having 7 cavities and because she said their cleaning was painful. Now (5 months later) at a real pediatric dentist, they confirmed what Aspen originally advised: she has 0 cavities. They are either incompetent at best, or deceitful at worst. All the ratings here do not lie.

Waited for half an hour after the receptionist assured me I would be in and out. I finally had to leave for work and told her I would have to rescedule- turns out the doctor was taking a break with a full waiting room around the corner- he comes out and starts asking me what time I have to work, that he can get my roommate and I in right away. At that point I was so annoyed that we had been lied to and kept waiting in a cold room that I called after I left to cancel my rescheduled appointment. Go to a different dentist.

Their Dentist went against better judgement and tried to "save" my moler but he knew beforehand i should have been offered a root canal or extracting. After being drilled on and filled i now have excruciating pain. Before the tooth didnt even bother me. And due to other medical issues i had missed some appointments over the last 3 years so now i wont be seen. I own my part but medicaid paid him to FIX my tooth...not butcher it. So do they get a refund? Lol yea right! What a mess!

A receptionist refused to accept responsibility for a mistake made in the office and hung up on me. Additionally, you are likely to experience long wait times and potentially inconsistent diagnoses from different practitioners within the office...Be sure to ask for access to your records before switching dentists while in the office (you need to make the request in person and they will not tell you that before you walk out the door).

I love this office. I have been here four times, I have been pleased with each visit. The staff is super nice and very accommodating. They schedule same day visits, they help me with my 4 yr old. The lobby is always super clean with hot coffee! They have an Xbox, TV and kids toys! The dentist is super nice, he does a great job ☆☆☆

Would not recommend this place to a dog. Completely unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff and very out of touch with the patients. Office manager was very rude and could not answer simple questions. My time and money is very valuable, use it a reputable dentist.
