Went to Convenient Family Dentistry for some fillings, and still had numbness in face 24 hours after fillings. Called office to ask for advice and was told someone would call me back; which never happened. Stopped by and a dentist said he would see me, but didnt even look at my mouth. Told me that "unfortunately drug company ads on television scare us into thinking these medications are more harmful than they really are." Decided to leave CFD after that experience and asked for X-rays to take to my new dentist. Received a photocopy of my X-rays, all squished onto one sheet - completely unusable by any dental profession. When I called the office to ask for the originals, the receptionist told me they were only electronic. When I asked her to e-mail me the file, she told me she didnt know how to do that. Finally, visited CFD about 5 times before deciding to leave. Upon my first visit I told my dentist I thought I had a bacterial infection. He said no, I just needed a crown. Have since gone to a new dentist and discovered that I do, in fact, have a bacterial infection. CFD wouldnt even test my mouth to see if my suspicious were correct. Would not recommend this dental office.

My fiance was a patient of Dr. Fords for a short period of time however that was plenty long enough for him to reek havoc on his mouth. I finally convinced fiance to visit Dr. Gray & Associates (Beecher Rd./Flint) for a second opinion and we found out today he has 2 root canals that have to be redone. The work was shoddy at best. Dr. Ford went for the big ticket items, moving on to the next project before properly completing what he had already started, leaving fiances teeth exposed to further damage. He never finished a procedure within one visit. He wasnt interested in long-term well-being only how much he could make today. Fiance is suspicious how much of the other work Dr. Ford performed was really even necessary, but well never truly know. I cant attest for the other Dr.s at CF Dentistry.

My name is Sarah and I had some traumatizing work done at Fireburg Dental to the point that I wouldnt go to the dentist. This dentist office was amazing the staff was amazing the dentist was amazing. Everyone was super patient with me due to how terrified I was to get work done. I had exstensive work done on my mouth and the healing part is a piece of cake barely no pain at all. When working on my mouth I felt nothing at all, unlike Fireburg where I could feel every drill, break ect. Fireburgs comment to me was youve had all you can have deal with it. I am making Convenient Family Dentistry my new dentist office and will refer everyone to this office.

My husband went in for an emergency tooth removal, and because he hadnt asked for painkillers on a previous visit, they gave us a hard time because he wanted some on this occasion. When I went to the counter as we were leaving to get a note to send to his work, another patient made a remark about painkillers that made me feel as though they were discussing my husband and I with, or in the room with, other patients. When I called to voice my concern on the issue, the woman I spoke with did not take me seriously and essentially blew off my concern for a potential HIPPA violation. I am very upset and will not be returning.

I hate this place have been there a few time everytime I leave enraged bye there horrible attitudes and the way they take advantage of people without dental insurance ... I was made to pay before I could even enter the building then was told I needed to pay again before I could get what I was told I was paying for in the first place .. I hate them all hope they all have a horrible Christmas ... also when I was waiting in the waiting room over heard receptionists be extremely rude over the phone to a patient my wife was like wow I cant believe she still has a job

I had a simple filling done here, and the experience was the worst dental experience of my life. I was in pain with tears falling down my face and the dentist didnt seem to care. After a few weeks I started having pain in that tooth, had to go back a 2nd time, the dentist did some adjustment that ultimately didnt fix the problem. Changed dentists now (Dr. Park on Court St) and the filling will be fixed by her. I should have read these reviews first. :(

Disagree! Never met a kinder, more gentle staff. Very organized and professional. Helped me out when my own "regular" dentist was too busy to see me. I changed to this office for good. This office really knows what they are doing and I left with more information about myself than anyone has ever told me before. I would, and have, told many people to go here.

Do not go to this branch or the other branch in grand blanc. Wait to get an appointment with Dr Gray & Associates on Beecher road. This place is money first patient later. I have been here one time in 2013 or 2014 and never came back. Dont waste your money or time. Hell, itll be better to just go to the emergency room at a hospital instead.

They told me i need scaling so poked me many times to get me numb !! and 40 min of poking, they say come again as you need more time to get numb... as they have other patients to attend i ran out of my time... What the F$#$#... i am a goat u can poke when u want and kick me out... Dont go there.... this place is a mess...Shameful

These guys are money hungry and will jack your mouth up so youll come back sooner. They drilled away most of my tooth and reconstructed my filling. After, my tooth became very sensitive, they did this twice and not only to me but to a family friend as well. Can someone recommend a good dentist to me if possible.
