I love my dental tech KIM.. no pain. pleasant and very diligent.. Dr Wells,while not a great talker.. does repair work in record time with NO pain... I am well pleased with the practice other than always having a problem with my payments... I was undercharged for my cleaning and over charged for my last filling replacement.. this has been ongoing for three years now. Not sure what the problem is but its concerning.. if it were not for this, its a five star business. I brought the matter of overcharging directly to Dr. Wells who responded with a very rude reply. I have located another dentist but will miss Kim terribly. If you use this dental office be aware that they do NOT have your best financial interest in mind.

Great office staff. Hygienist is thorough, careful, and kind. Really no discomfort. Appointment times honored so no waiting! Dr. Wells does a thorough check up. The best part is I am never offered anything to buy, or suggested that I get certain procedures done. Therefore, when and if Dr. Wells tells me I need to have a procedure done, I KNOW I can trust him. I left other dental practices because it always seemed I needed something. I am certain I was being taken advantage of, but how do you know? With Dr. Wells, I know!

They used to be amazing. The office manager and front staff are awful.I finally got tired of they way they treated me and found a new dentist. When i went to have my x rays sent over they refused to. They said I had a bill from over a year ago. I have been going to them for over seven years ever six months and never left with any out standing bill. The dentist office I use now said they have had problems with them releasing records.

Great place to get your teeth clean & taken care of. Staff is very friendly. Prior to booking your appointment, the front staff will informed you of what your insurance will pay & whatll your responsibility be. I like that because youve the choice to get the work done or not, No surprises. Dentist is excellent.

Have been going to Traditions Dentistry for about 7-8 years. They are always friendly and efficient. I am never kept waiting - very refreshing. In fact, if I am a little late they are waiting for me! I have learned to get there early. My husband and I both go there and would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Wells for quite a few years now. He is always very caring and gentle. Our hygienist Kim is more like a family member. We always catch up at each cleaning. She is very thorough and makes sure your are comfortable. The entire staff is great.
