I am terrified of dentists from a bad experience years ago- Not only did Dr Campbell work with me to help me get through my visit but the entire office staff made it a point to make sure I was doing OK. One of the receptionist even went out and ask my ride if there was anything else they could do to comfort me while my teeth were getting worked on. I was even given cold paper towels to keep myself cool and calm. I cant say enough good things about my experience. I havent been to a dentist in years and I plan to go back again for a regular cleaning when the time comes. I am so glad that I went here and so very thankful for staff that care about patients. One other plus- There is always a smell in dental offices, but there isnt one here.. Everything is clean and very modern. I know many people are scared of dentists- but this is one office I would recommend for those that are scared. The dentist and staff are patient, gentle and kind.

This is THE Monroe dental office folks. I moved to Monroe a few years ago and have not been able to find a quality dentist until Monroe Family Dentistry. (Trust me Ive been to them all!) Dr. Campbell is the best; he is so personable and GENTLE. This is very important to me because I have very sensitive teeth. His staff was perfectly dressed, extremely courteous, and well versed on their techniques. They all have such good manners! And when I call up to make an appointment or to ask a question, they are ALWAYS quick to respond and professional. The office itself is spotless and elegant, and every piece of equipment I saw was brand new and state of the art. From top to bottom Monroe Family dental and Dr Campbell is the best, and I’ve been to almost all the dentists in the Monroe and Social Circle area. Thanks Monroe Family Dental!! I think he has an office in Winder as well.

What a great dental practice. I am a new patient but I am certain I have found my familys new dentist office. Olivia at the front desk is very helpful and always greets me with a smile. Jen has been wonderful. She is very kind and very knowledgeable when it comes to interpreting your insurance policy. I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff as time goes on. And on to Dr. Alex. He has been fantastic. Always kind and professional and most importantly, I trust him. The crown he helped me with was just permanently installed today. It looks fantastic and fits perfectly. Dr. Alex and an assistant also came in to work an hour early the day I began the crown process to accommodate me because I had trouble taking time off work. That has never happened before! I will highly recommend this practice to anyone who asks. I am so glad to have found them.

I have been with Dr. Campbells group for a couple of years now and have never had anything below an excellent experience. I have started to go to their new office in Monroe and I love it. They have the newest technology which made the experience extremely smooth from checking in to walking out the door. I will be honest, that I typically do not enjoy going to the dentist, but the staff there is very friendly and my favorite part very gentle to make my visit as comfortable as possible...now I dont mind going! :) My daughter just turned 3 and I wasnt sure if I should take her there or to an office dedicated just to children. I chose to stick with who I knew and am so glad I did. They were great with her and she never shed a tear!! She acually said later that afternoon that she wanted to go back to the dentist! This is a great practice with great people!!!

Amazing! Let me first say that I have never been a huge fan of the dentist. Laughing gas is my best friend, even for a teeth cleaning. When I first came to Monroe I had a lot of work to be done and they were able to take care of me with no problems and set me up with the care payment plan for financial reasons. Lisa cleaned my teeth with no laughing gas and I had no pain! She is very personable and had an amazing comforting attitude. Dr. Alex took care of me and always made sure I was comfortable and in no pain during the dental work. I would highly recommend Monroe Family and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dentist office. I even brought my family with me from their previous dentist and they feel the same way! Love this place!

I had avoided going to the dentist for years, until a failed root canal became so infected the crown finally popped off and forced the issue. They first referred me to an endodontist in an effort to save the tooth, but the infection had gone too far. I had great apprehension at the thought of removing a sore tooth. I did not feel any pain or discomfort as Dr. Tsur-Tsar performed the extraction. Surprisingly, I had very little soreness the next day. Throughout the process, the knowledgeable and professional staff made the experience simple and stress free, and showed great patience and understanding when scheduling and rescheduling appointments to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this practice, and hope they stay open for years to come.

I just want to say thank you to the ladies in the front office for being so sweet today! These ladies and the doctor where very kind, however I was traumatized getting my teeth cleaned. That was the most painful experience of my life. I literally cried the entire time. Tears were rolling down my face and she just kept going. I even said "my ears are filled with tears" and her response was "isnt that the worst." I tried my best to keep it together because I did not want to make a seen. Ive just never felt pain like that and I have several tattoos so I really dont think Im just being a baby about the pain. When I walked out the door I burst into even more tears and had a panic attach when I got back to work.

B-E- A -U-T-FULL PLACE! Truly wonderful experience especially considering what we are talking about here??? A dentist??? Office was; well youd just have to BE THERE!!! Office Staff was wonderful! I was truly in an emergency situation, and they got me in immediately, and took care of my needs .Dr. has an exceptional quality, I hardly had any bleeding after two extractions and one crown, this was my very first extraction in my 54 years and I am truly amazed how smoothly it was, even the cost was very fair. I now have found a local dentist, whom provides excellent services along with a caring and friendly staff, something which is hard to find these days. God Bless, Joseph K. Laimana

I had a totally pleasurable experience. Let me just point out a few of the highlights. - Everyone one on the staff was extremely pleasant. - I never had to wait past my appointment time. They respected my time. - I visited several cosmetic dentistry in Atlanta and I chose to travel 1 hr each way to Monroe Dentistry because of the personal rapport that was established. Dr. Alan would call and text me in the evening to ensure that I was receiving my expected outcomes. He demonstrated so much patience with me. I must say that I am extremely happy with my veneers. Thank you to Dr. Alan and the entire team!
