Had root canal and crown which failed and broke off at the gum line.Never been fixed and Im not sure what her plan was? Had another root canal upper left molar I get food caught in pocket between the two molars if I dont keep it very clean my gums at the location get very sore and bleed. Told dentist Ney she shrugged here shoulders. Had another root canal right upper molar 16 months ago did she some cavity work in between didnt touch the molar. Had an appointment 11/6/2016 to have it prepared for the crown called office canceled the appointment.Talked to brenda the office manager about my lack of confidence in the dentists ability. She made it sound like it was my fault even going as far as bringing up when I lost my job and got behind. They were paid two years ago in full. Bottom line is if you need work done go some where else.

From the moment I phoned for an appointment until I walked into the door Dr. Jane Neys staff put me right at ease. I had a Dentist for 30 years and unfortunately he retired so I was looking for a new facility to continue my regular dental care. I am a retired GM salary worker so my benefits are all out of pocket, but after meeting with the DDS Jane Ney and checking her rates for services that I needed I was more than pleased, I received a discount due to the lack of dental benefits. I am actually looking forward to completing my dental needs without any reservation or hesitation due to her very caring staff and feel confident that I will recommend this facility to all my friends and family who are in search of superior and affordable dental care.

Dr. Ney is okay but her office support staff takes incompetence to a new level. Actually calling them incompetent is a compliment. She admitted she knows nothing about the billing side of things and neither does the people that work for her. Thankfully Delta Dental does and it took numerous phone calls to get it straightened out with no help from Dr. Ney.

Little Peanut and Pebbles just Love Jane and look forward to their Visits and that is saying a lot about the all who work their. Its not every day a 4 and 6 year old look forward to a Dentist Visit.

I like how they are careful with their examinations and work hard to figure out where my pain was and helped to solve it. They explain clearly what the issue is and how to resolve it in a few different ways, so you have options. I really recommend Heritage Comfort Dental as your dentist.
