We recently got dental insurance and were seeking a dentist. My wife choose this office. When she went in for her first visit she collected the paperwork for me to fill out for my first appt. It was a pile, I read through it carefully and it puts me on the hook for all costs and they accept no responsibility for billing the insurance or what the insurance will pay. (unfortunately my wife signed this paperwork so only time will tell what happens) I modified the paperwork to indicate that I would need an up front cost for any and all charges that they expect me to pay for. In addition they have stiff penalties to me for showing up late or having to cancel and appointment. No where in the paperwork does it allow me any compensation if they do not honor an appointment time. I showed up on time and had to wait for an office meeting to be completed before talking to some one. Then I submitted my paperwork and had to wait some more, then the office manager came out and told me if I did not sign unmodified papers stating they can charge any amount they choose without first informing me of what I will have to pay they will not see me. This was a total waste of my morning and they had no concern that I had to make my schedule around this appointment. (I am self employed so it cost me money). It appears as if they are just money hungry, and the unwillingness to understand my position in regards to payments tends to imply they were planning on charging me after services were performed. Hang on to your wallet with this place!!

After being unhappy with my previous dentist, I switched to Dr. Kulongowski and I couldnt be happier. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff that would calm anyones "dentist office nerves." I have had the chance to interact with many of the hygienists and they are all extremely passionate about what they do and eager to help me so I can take good care of my teeth and gums. The equipment and tools seem to be quite state of the art and the few fillings I have had worked on were done in such a way that I had very little or no discomfort. Dr. Kulongowsk is a dedicated, knowledgable and wonderful dentist. I have had issues with my past ortho work and Dr. K has been great about finding new ways to correct some of mistakes made in the past by my previous orthodontist. I always feel that Dr. K is on top of what is new and cutting edge in the dental field and ready to share that with her patients to help them achieve what they want with their teeth. I also cant say enough how friendly and warm the entire staff is at Creative Smiles. I am happy I made the switch!

I started as a patient at Creative Smiles when I was around 10 or 11 years old. They were my only dentist up until the age of 22. Work took me to DC and I have been hard pressed to find a dentist that measures up to Creative Smiles. Every time I walked through their door I was met with smiling faces who knew my name, my parents and general facts about my life. I actually hate going to the dentist. I get nauseous and panicky and the staff at Creative Smiles even offers headphones (if you forget your own) to distract you through any procedure. Even a cleaning! Small things like asking if Im okay throughout a procedure and asking if I need a break, basically just showing emotion, is what makes this place so fantastic. They really do care about you. I seriously could go on and on about this place.... I even tried to schedule my trips home to line up with my regular cleanings. No such luck as Michigan is no longer my home.

After being so very nice to me my first fisit they talked me into buying their membership plan for $400 that would come with cleanings for the year and 15% off of everything else I had done. I purchased this telling them I was working on getting dental insurance and it should be in a month or so. Well my next visit to get a filling I now have insurance and when I go to pay the bill they tell me I no longer get the15% off and or any cleanings from my member ship plan they talked me into. They failed to mention that this plan was only for people with out insurance. Very very upset with this place. I dont complain much but when someone basically hustles me out of $400 im not a happy person. I work hard for my money and could have really used it a month before Christmas. I will never go here again and will make sure everyone I know does the same.

Ive had so many bad experiences here and here I am sitting in their waiting g room because they just kicked me out of my daughters room for silently watching as they cleaned her teeth. The office is completely empty and they said only one parent is allowed so instead of us being able to spend 15 minutes together as a family Im sitting in a waiting room for no apparent reason. Every time weve been here the staff is horribly rude and they were so rough with my cleaning myout was in pain and bleeding for days. This is the worst dentist i have ever been to, currently love my dentist in flushing. I should have taken the first 3 bad experiences as a hint..

Just wanted to extend my thanks for meeting me at your office on such short notice after my tooth chipped, and your office wasnt even open. I was completely surprised that you had one of your assistants meet us there to help too. My tooth looks great and you guys were awesome about working with my insurance and getting the payments worked out. I was going to wait the whole weekend but Im glad I got ahold of you. Oh, and my funny feeling tooth in the back that I couldnt chew on......I can use that too after you fixed it!!

Just visited Creative Smiles Dental Group and I absolutely love Dr. Kulongowski. A friend of mine recommended her and Im very glad he did. Thanks for making me feel comfortable. Even though there are plenty of dentist between my house and Creative Smiles, a 50 minute drive is definitely worth the visit.

Ive been very happy with my experiences at Creative Smiles. Whether dealing with either of the dentists here, or getting my cleaning from Jackie, the end result is always good. Norma is always extremely helpful when any billing/financial problems arise. Im happy to send my friends to Creative Smiles

The best way to put it is that Creative Smiles Dental Group take the fear out of going to the dentist. I drive an hour to see them because they are the best at what they do! That is how LG does it -
