Thrive is an incredible resource in Athens! I became a patient at Thrive when they opened and received such great treatment from Tony and Jana Galis with Acupuncture. Following that, I began to see Michelle Arington for nutritional counseling and mindfulness training for emotional/spiritual well-being. Occasionally I treat myself to a cranio-sacral massage...but be advised! The massage therapist (Laura Glenn) is so popular, she books out weeks in advance! Recently, I have taken to getting Chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Kennamer every other week to alleviate pain in my joints; she is kind and gentle and really takes her time with me each and every time I go in. I recommend Thrive to people all the time! Hopefully youll find what you are looking for!

I do prenatal yoga here and its great! The class is great for both beginners and those experienced with yoga. Always helps me feel better. My midwife also recommended Dr. Kennamer for prenatal chiropractic.
