I have been a patient at Health 1st Chiropractic for well over a year now. Only a month after I started seeing Dr. Rion, I was involved in a car accident. I have received exceptional care from the moment I walked in the door the very first time. The staff is extremely friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Dr. Rion truly cares about each of his patients and their well being. I look forward to my visit each and every week. This practice offers many different types of treatment and Dr. Rion develops an individual plan that works for you. I have been simply amazed by how much better I feel! I have less pain each day, fewer headaches, and just feel better in general. My daughter also sees Dr. Rion and has had amazing results. Her headaches are MUCH less frequent and her back pain had been drastically reduced. There is no way to truly express what a difference Health 1st has made in our lives. "Thank you" does not seem big enough to show our appreciation to Dr. Rion, Celeste (who is amazing too), and the others we have had the pleasure of working with at Health 1st Chiropractic.

Recently, I was in a car accident and after a few days my neck, lower back, and scapula areas were inflamed. My massage therapist recommended Dr. Rion. From day one, he took great pains to ensure my comfort with highly honed EMPATHY skills and gentle adjustments with the Pro-Adjuster. The Pro-Adjuster is an amazing tool! It takes the "scary" out of neck adjustments for me. And its very interesting to see the muscle-scan results. I am still in the acute therapy treatment phase of my recovery. Dr. Rion is very astute at communicating the complexity of the recovery process in a way that meets my level of comprehension. Dr. Rion and Celest are some of the friendliest, most compassionate people you would want to meet, and when youre in pain, that is GOLD. Ive been recommending Dr. Rion to ANYONE wholl give me the time of day. Dr. Ryan and his staff are excellent. I was having a problem with my lower back, especially after I babysat my 8 month old grandbaby. I knew I had to do something because not holding her was out of the question. Dr. Ryan took x-rays and was very thorough in explaining the problem, which was a slightly bulging disc, pressing on my sciatic nerve. His technique in realigning my spine over the next few weeks was done carefully and lead to success. I had a trip planned to Mexico and was hopeful that the problem would be solved by then. His Physical Therapist, Celeste, showed me several stretches which I did while I was away. Im happy to say that I had very little pain while there. Im very satisfied with the results and couldnt have asked for better professionals. They are the BEST!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rion & his staff. I had been experiencing awful neck and back pain as well as sciatica for way too long. I had never tried chiropractic care but now I wish I had a long time ago ! Dr. Rion is so skilled and so great at what he does and I am here to say that I no longer stay awake at night with back pain and sciatica. He truly has given me a better quality of life & I am eternally grateful. I am nearing the end of my treatment plan of 3 months and I just want to thank him for giving me my life back ! Many thanks also to Sonja for her friendship and for always making me feel so welcome. If you are thinking about seeing a chiropractor, I highly recommend Health 1st & Dr. Rion McClelland. You couldnt ask for a more honest, caring doctor.

Dr. Rion & the staff at Health 1st Chiropractic are warm and caring. I am always seen promptly at my appointment time. The adjustments and inferential treatment have improved the situation with my back and hips and given me hope of being healthier as I progress in my treatment. Celeste & Dr. Rion are extremely patient and kind when I ask questions and make me feel like a valued component in my health care. I was reluctant to try chiropractic care because I feared it would be uncomfortable; instead, I’m feeling better with each visit and looking forward to improving even more.

Dr. Rion & his staff are very polite, professional, and competent. My husband had success w/ his joint pain and urged me to go for my shoulder pain. I had not been to a chiropractor very much and was a bit skeptical, but my shoulder pain was addressed and is now gone, and when I hurt my foot later on, that was also addressed, and is working well now. As a busy RN who is always on my feet it had been such a blessing to get good results and be able to function without pain! I would highly recommend Dr. Rion if you want to get well.

Doctor Rion and his assistant ( Celeste ) are wonderful health practitioners. Their greatest concern is the health of the patient. My wife and I have received excellent treatment while under Doctor Rions care. We were in two auto accidents in 2014 and he has been very helpful with alleviating pain and helping us to feel better. I did the Groupon special that allowed me to get a consultation with x-rays and massage. I liked the consultation, but the adjustment was the quickest one I have ever had, about ten minutes. I did like the hydro massage and the actual Groupon massage from Kim. That was absolutely divine! She got a lot of the pain out of my shoulders. Best massage I have had so far, minus the loud noises in the office. Also, Celeste at the front desk is really nice.
