Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go to this dentist! I made the appointment with them after a filling fell out of one of my molars. The lady in the front office was rude beyond belief to me on the phone when I made the appointment. I went in and had to wait for an HOUR before they called me and made me pay upfront for the procedure! When the hygienist FINALLY took me back, she asked "So, were doing a filling on the bottom left tooth, right?" and I said "yes mam" fully believing that we were talking about the same molar that now had a GAPING hole in it! They numbed me up, and the dentist came in shortly after (and never once spoke to me personally). She drilled and filled extremely fast, and then they sent me on my way. I was halfway home and looked in the mirror to check out the work and... THEY HAD FILLED THE WRONG TOOTH!!! Instead of filling the GIANT hole that should have been top priority, they filled an absolutely minuscule surface cavity on the tooth beside it! I called to complain and once again was met with unapologetic apathy. This office does NOT care about their patients health and care... all they want is a quick buck!

Please do not give Pass Dudley any of your business. I went here to get a root canal preformed FOUR YEARS AGO, and I still experience pain from her negligent performance. She drilled beyond my root into my nasal cavity. This is extremely dangerous and could of potentially killed me. This causes me to experience extreme pain all of the time. Not only did she do a bad job on the procedure, she gave me the wrong sized crown for my tooth. So today, I have to get it replaced because it doesnt fit and food has been getting stuck up there causing me to get cavities in the sides of my teeth next to it. Please take your business else where, I would hate for her to do the same thing to you or someone you love. UPDATE Had to get a rootcanal retreatment because she missed one of the canals in my tooth. She knew that the occurred when I was still experiencing pain in the tooth but she did not want to take responsibility for it. I beg you to please not give her any of your business. Shes cost me over $2,000 in dental fees!

I had a tooth removed from the roof of my mouth Monday and let me just say Im so taking my business elsewhere let me give reasons - when Mrs. Dudley gave me a shot to numb the pain she pushed the 1 shot so hard that after all the others wore off my lips were still numb - When I went to get my precription filled we were told they didnt take my insurance so no big deal Ill take some larotab - However when we Called today we were not answered for six times and we finally got through the receptionist wears extremely rude and we asked to talk to her boss and she lied to us saying she was the boss and hung up on us - We called 3 more times and she kept hanging up on us so we told her to let us go to voicemail to get Mrs. Dudleys number but she wouldnt let us.This was Shelly to be specific

I went in full of fear because I hadnt seen a dentist in an embarrassingly long time. I was fully expecting a deserved chastising and the kind of blasé, borderline hostile treatment I usually receive from healthcare professionals. To my surprise and relief I was treated with the utmost of respect, dignity, and, well, tenderness! It was a lovely experience from beginning to end- Dr. Pass-Dudleys staff, from the receptionist to the hygienist, were absolutely kind and understanding people. My cleaning was gentle, thorough, and punctuated by kind words of encouragement. Dr. Pass-Dudley herself was extremely kind and gentle and made me feel not only at ease, but important and valued. I have definitely found my dentist. I live 30 miles away and find the journey to be well worth it!

Terrible dentist my wife and I have had to go back multiple times to get work redone... fillings for me 3rd time the charm, crown for my wife, fell out three weeks after and the replacement fell out too horrible dentist dont go to her!!! Update my filling fell out again!!! Wth? Im gonna go to a competent Dr. next time Im tired of fooling with this woman out in Monroe GA. A little update, my wifes crown? She can run floss underneath it. She tried to get a refund but this "Dr?" Said that the material in her mouth is their property? So she has to come back in? We arent going anywhere near this hack! ever again. Never ever ever ever

Not sure how many of the previous reviews have ever been to a dentist in a major metropolitan area, but I only waited about 20 minutes on my first visit and the staff were exceptional. Especially since they had computer monitors on the exam chairs so we could watch Adult Swim with the wirwless headset while they took care of the X-rays and cleaning! Dentist didnt seem to chatty, but I dont go to dentists to socialize and they certainly seemed to be professional. Highly reccomend this office for folks as far away as Athens.

Take a pass on this dentist! Her tooth filling fell out before I got home. To repair it, she made a larger hole, hitting the nerve. I jumped out of the chair. Part of that second filling broke off a short time later, but I wasnt about to go back to her. Years later, I still have nerve pain. I have never written a review, but people need to be warned about her.

Shes the only dentist Ive been to who tells me I have great teeth but 3-4 new cavities every single time I come in. Ive been here at least 3 times and have had 2 cavity fillings fall out within 3 months of getting them, and I can feel new gaps in my teeth right after a filling. I went 6 years without a cavity, I use floride, not trusting this dentist anymore.

I have very sensitive teeth and gums and every dentist/hygenist always hurts me. However, Dr. Dudley didnt. She was incredibly gentle and it was the best dentist visit I have had in years. Very friendly staff as well!

Do not take young children to this dentist! My son needed a tooth pulled (or so I thought, turns out it could have been left alone). They do not know how to make children feel comfortable and were very disrespectful!
