Copperfield TSO was fantastic and here is why. I was shopping for a place that was in-network for my insurance when I found Copperfield TSO. My insurance company really did not make it easy to choose a location so I decided to shop for a place the old fashioned way. I wrote down some addresses and got in the car. I had been to around seven places with nothing really jumping out at me. I was amazed of the lack of customer service. Most places did not help me at all and if they did, it was with a sigh of resignation. I have bad eyes and my glasses are going to cost well over $600. before insurance. I was not pleased that nobody wanted to aid me on selection of frames or advice on lenses. I found TSO by chance since the name the insurance had was Dr.Perry Soli ( the resident eye doctor). It was more pleasant than the other places as soon as I walked in the doors. This was what I was looking for. Pat helped me determine what I needed for my frames and lenses based on my eyes and my face right away. His customer service and knowledge was outstanding. The lady in insurance collection took care of me with speed and consideration (I had a glitch to fix). The appointment was the next day and it went very quickly. The care given was great. If the glasses turn out to be as great as I suspect, I will be a patron of the place for as long as I live in Houston.

Wow just tired to schedule a appt for my son the man who answered was very rude the first appt available did not work for me so his first thought was to give me a website where I could find another eye doctor really? I told him i was in no rush and when I asked him to give me a sec to get the insurance card he was quick to tell me he couldnt schedule me. I told him their customer service was horrible and didnt understand why he was so rude and would not be going there because of him. This really bites because this location would have been the most convenient for me.

I had an o.k. experience with the optometrist but when I asked for my prescription to take it somewhere else the sales person (female) attitude immediately went flat and she was totally uninterested in anything I had to say. She didnt even bothered to get my script signed by the doc. They didnt have anything that was my style I think if you want current fashion frames you wont find the frames you want at this location they have basic styles but a wide variety of them. Other than that no issues.

The doctor was nice enough, but the staff is rude & apparently very untrained. They told me several times that they accepted care credit (it was also on their site), but after my appointment they informed me that they didnt accept it, & didnt want to actually make up for their screw up, so I left, after wasting a lot of time, with no script. I guess it was a good thing though because the prescription was completely wrong (-2.00 discrepancy). I would not recommend bothering with this location!

Ive been to this location and also just took my son there yesterday. For my visit, I got glasses and the staff was very knowledgeable about my frames, lenses, and prescription type. And Dr. Soli was great! When I took my son, the staff was very nice to accommodate him since he has special needs. And once again Dr. Soli was so nice! Also, the doctor didnt make us wait on either visit.

Copperfield TSO is an outstanding office for taking care of your eye care needs. Dr. Soli is very professional and knowledgeable. He also keeps up to date with the latest technology. The staff is wonderful and have taken excellent care of me and my family for many years. The frame selection is excellent too. I highly recommend Copperfield TSO for handling your eye care needs.

Dr. Soli is the best! Very knowledgeable. Answers all questions thoughtfully and is one of the most personable doctors I have ever seen. My wife and I have been going to him for years and recommend him to all of our friends. The staff of opticians are great, too. Patrick is always helpful and friendly.

Have used Copperfield TSO for many years. Have always had great service from all the staff. Dr. Soli has always taken the time to go over my eyes current condition and talk over any changes or lack of change. Takes his time getting my correction just right for me. Will be using again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came down to my 6 yr olds concerns and even when it came time to pick out her glasses. I would recommend to any parent we had a great experience.:)
