When I went for my appointment I told Dr. Merchant my concerns about feeling like I had sand in my eyes and some other concerns I was having he did test on me and diagnosed me with dry eyes gave me a list of things I can do to help me and gave me some eye drops, he listened to my concerns and knew exactly what to do, ive been to other drs and explained about my eyes and never once did they suggest it may be dry eye syndrome, just told me maybe the contacts I was wearing was not the right one for me anyway I highly recommend Dr. Merchant he listened to me and explained things to me, also bought my glasses at his location and all the staff was great and friendly, Im very satisfied with care he gave me!!!!

Dr. Merchant is smart, skilled, thorough and kind. Both my partner and I have gone to see him for years and recommend him without reservation. He caught a serious problem for me during a routine visit and well be forever grateful. Beverly, his "jack of all trades" helper is a genius and miracle worker when fixing frames. I have taken her many, many challenging bent up, sat on and twisted frames. Plus, I think shes funny. Shop is easy to find and get to.

Dr. Merchant is an incredibly nice man. He made me feel at ease and was very knowledgable when it came to what I needed. His whole staff is helpful and personable. I did not know how much my insurance covered for my eye glasses and contacts. So, Beverly looked everything up for me and helped me through all my decision making. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would suggest anyone to visit this office for your next eye exam.

I have never had luck with contacts until going to Dr. Merchant. I have a bad astigmatism in my right eye and it has been nearly impossible to find a pair of contacts that work for me. Dr. Merchant found the impossible. I stopped using him because I switched jobs and no longer drove that far into Tulsa but that didnt last long... I had to come back. Every pair of glasses and contacts have been perfect w Dr Merchant, I will never go anywhere else & always recommend him. He might not be as well known as others or have as many choices, but I can see and his prices are reasonable.

Being newly diagnosed diabetic and worried about how this affects my eyes. He took extra time to educate me and show me pictures of eyes that were affected by diabetes and compared to my pictures. He gave me hand out information on it too. I picked him because of his location, but I am very happy with him and his staff.
