CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE LADY NAMED BARB THAT ANSWERED WAS SO RUDE!!! GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT LOOKING UP MY INSURANCE, BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW SOME OF THE DETAILS ON MY KIDS INSURANCE THAT IS THREW THERE DADS WORK THAT WE HAVE NO CONTACT WITH AT ALL. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE INSURANCE THEY TOLD ME TO CALL SOME EYE CLINICS AND SEE IF THEY TAKE THE INSURANCE. SO THATS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DO WHEN THE LADY THAT ANSWERED GAVE ME A LOT OF ATTITUDE ABOUT IT. I TRIED TO BE AS SWEET AS POSSIBLE THEN SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDNT APPRECIATE MY SARCASM , ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS SEE IF MY KIDS INSURANCE WAS ACCEPTED THERE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. MADE ME FEEL REALLY TERRIBLE AFTERWARDS AND NOW IM SCARED TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER THERE WILL SHE BE TREATED BADLY IF SHE SAYS THE WRONG THING? IVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MY WHOLE LIFE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY WHEN ASKING FOR HELP. IF YOU DONT LIKE HELPING PEOPLE OR LOOKING THINGS UP THEN MAYBE THATS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU.

We were traveling for baseball and our son developed an eye infection and they were so nice to work us in between games. The condition required follow up again the next day and again they were very accommodating to fit us in between games. The staff and doctors were super nice and concerned about our sons condition and even asked how the games were going. Thanks for making what could have been a horrible trip a much better one. Your friends from Kansas City are forever greatful!

I love Family Eye Center. I have been going there since I was a child and my children will be going there as well. The staff is amazing and Dr. Jose is beyond amazing.

The docs are great, but front desk is extremely unfriendly on the phone and in person. I keep coming back because the docs are exceptional.
