I will never recommend this place to anyone! We had a bad experience with the staff who was rude and spoke as though they dont care how they speak to you. I confronted one of the girls about how rude she was to my husband and told her her tone of voice was uncalled for and when she so called apologized, her tone of voice didnt change just got more rude to me! The doctor was not any better and placed blame on my husband because he tried the bifocal contact lenses (which my husband stressed many times he didnt want! Just regular lenses hes been wearing for several years that hes been happy with). This doctor had the nerve to tell us that it was our fault because we left (after a lengthy time there and had to leave for another appointment) that he had to resize him for the original lenses he asked for. No bedside manner at all! Never apologized or said he was sorry about the mix up. Just blamed my husband. What ever happened to the treating your patient right so that we will want to come back and keep our business? I had my appointment scheduled but Im not giving any of my business to them and I hope you reconsider even thinking about this place!
