Im still not sure what I paid for, and Im still trying to figure out how I feel about the experience. I drove 42 miles to come and see this vet because it was highly recommended. To be fair Ive had very limited experience in dealing with animal doctors. Parking here is plentiful and the office also has reserved spots in front of their suite so it makes for a very pleasant parking experience. The doggie I was taking in was having issues walking so this was very helpful. This office also has a groomer so it makes for a busy front desk, which is a bit anxiety causing for the animal and myself. After waiting for 15 minutes I was asked to sign in which I already had. I suspect they thought I was a returning grooming person. The place appears to be clean and temperatured controlled. I became a bit concerned when his vitals where being taken I said if I can have a minute I can pull up all his info date of birth, breed etc, she said it didnt matter and put "mixed" as a breed and todays date as his birthdate the technician weighed him on at 17 lbs rather than 15lbs. That read on the scale. She never touched the dog so I thought maybe the doctor would come in and examine the dog. She came back with an invoice for 400 dollars. Yes it was automized but it may as well been in Chinese, I had no idea what things were and why they were needed. XRays okay lets do that. Blood tests okay lets do that. Remember he is lots of pain and cant walk, so another tech comes and starts to pull on his leash, I say have you read his chart, please dont pull him he is unable to move. It was very disheartening that they didnt know or remember or cared that the dog was in pain and couldnt walk. So 1.5 hours later the doctor tells me if I want the X-rays read it and some other test for another 200.00 dollars. Okay so I got X-rays but no reading of the X-rays? Im so confused, and I am feeling stuck between a rock and knife. Basically I paid a bunch of money to be told nothing is wrong with the dog, why hes limping? The next day I did receive a call asking how he was? Really? Well hes basically the same expect a little more broke. :)

This review is long overdue! South Corona Pet Hospital, thank you from our whole family for taking care of our American Bulldog. A little background...we took our dog to Riverside County Dept of Animal Services to be neutered. Right after, our dogs testicles swelled up and he continued to be lethargic after the surgery. We took him back to Riverside County Dept of Animal Services and they said they wouldnt remove the testicles (as should have been done in the first place since he is a large breed and swelling is common if testicles arent removed apparently) because he was running a fever. The whole reason he was running a fever was because of the surgery performed by Riverside County Dept of Animal Services. Super frustrating. We were stuck. Our regular vet is South Corona Pet Hospital, however we were trying to save a few bucks by taking him to Riverside County Dept of Animal Services. Big mistake. Long story short, our dog also contracted pneumonia from Riverside County Dept of Animal Services. Just fabulous. South Corona Pet Hospital worked with us to keep costs down and were very candid about the pros and cons of every decision we had to make in the process of trying to save our dog. We almost put him down 3 times in the course of a few weeks. South Corona Pet Hospital went above and beyond by calling us throughout the few weeks to see how he was doing. It wasnt just the vets calling, it was the vet techs as well. They didnt nickle and dime us at every juncture. We really had the sense that we were all in this together. Because of South Corona Pet Hospital, the surgery was redone, his pneumonia cleared up, and our 3 year old American Bulldog has re-established his place in our family.

Woke up to see my boy OG, a boston terrier with a bump, kinda big on the left side, exterior of butt. It wasnt huge, but the size of a sphere shaped quarter, so its kinda big. Rushed him here, they evaluated him and said what they thought explaining everything thoroughly and allowing me to ask everything I wanted, they took their time for sure.( by the way this is OGs doctor). Doctor came and elaborated more on the cause, procedure, and maintenance to healing. Then i asked if I can go get a second opinion. They said yes with a smile. I went immediate and got a second opinion. Confirmed status of diagnosis. I immediately rushed OG back here, ALL the girls, with amazing attitudes and great smiles rush to help. Every person here is a lover of animals, met the doctor and hes an awesome man, but you better be looking for a STRAIGHT forward doctor, no sugar coating here. I LOVE this kinda attitude, no faking, just fixing the problems. They even fit OG in after I came back. Did the procedures/surgeries and all went well. I recommend this facility to everyone. Again, thank you staff & Dr Sandhu. You ALL are so awesome here. Special thanks to Jinnelle Thank you and OG LOVES you all too.

Dr. Sandhu and his staff have provided excellent care for my kitties for the last 2 years. Shadow (a stray) needed vitamins, injections, xrays, a cast and follow up care. The staff was patient, informative and the price reasonable. The office is super clean and the office staff very friendly, helpful and organized. I was not charged for the follow up visits. Shadow recovered the use of his front paw. Our 2nd stray, Pearl came to us a year after Shadow. She was a mess as well, Dr. Sandhu and his staff worked with us to get her healthy which involved all the regular injections and exams, eye drops, medications, food etc. Again, Dr Sandhu and his staff were very helpful and informative. Weve gone back again and again for nail trims, boosters, Pearls "fixing" and Shadow was treated for a bite from Pearl. Dr. Sandhu was very gentle with him. The office is always clean, Ive been in the back when being shown how to administer eye drops and that is spotless as well. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful. My cats are in excellent health now and they were in deplorable health conditions when first taken into Dr. Sindhu. Thanks Dr. Sindhu and staff.

This place is amazing. My dog is turning 3 years old this month and weve been going here since he was 9 weeks old for all his shots, check-ups, and more serious stuff, too. They have the best prices around and a truly caring staff. When my dog got really sick at 10 weeks of age they did everything they could to help him get better, quickly. He had to go on monthly treatments/check ups for a while and they started giving me discounts because we were there so often. When my cat died, all I did was call to inquire about cremation, and before I had even gone in to see them a condolence card from them arrived in the mail. They have great discounts on Saturdays for immunizations and boosters. If youre a regular customer theyll even do your pets nails for Free as a walk in service! They also have really great, fair prices for micro-chipping. In summary, I LOVE THIS PLACE, especially Dr. Sandhu, and will continue to go there as long as I have pets and live within a 1 hour radius of this place.
