I changed offices because I thought this office seemed more professional, but I was so wrong! They ordered a root canal that I did not need, repaired my tooth with a blue filling, when I paid for the white one. They removed my crowns that I had done only last year, and wanted me to pay for new ones. To top it off, I inquired about a procedure, and they took it upon themselves to open a $5,000 credit card without my permission for work I never had done! I am now fighting with the dentist office and credit company to have this fixed. This office only cares about money and trying to get the most out of their patients and insurance.

I went for a $39, did not receive cleaning, still got charged the $39! Fancy office, probably why they are so much more expensive than other local dentists...I would say pass on this office and maybe theyll either pick up their customer service or move. Follow up...to be fair, I did get my cleaning finally...

The staff here is all new, but definitely an upgrade from the previous one. Ive never been a fan of the dentist, but it wasnt too bad. I would definitely recommend them, as they were professional and friendly!
