Overpriced and over diagnosed, I admit I should take better care of my teeth, have you ever gone to a fast oil change place? Its like hey you need this and that or your teeth will fall out. My last visit to great dentist didnt give me this crap and that was less then a year ago. The only reason I went there was change of insurance. Bright Now Dental is a cash machine. Before they would even attemp a cleaning they wanted me to pay almost $900 dollars. Thats after wanting to charge my insurance close to $3000 dollars. I asked just for a cleaning and she said make an appointment and come back. I spent 3 hours out of my life for them to try and make almost $900 to do work on my mouth. Ive paid less for a crown and cleaning from a more profesional dentist. I have never had someone attemp to scare me or wont offer service without payment. If you go there watch how they work. Come sit down...Oh My lets call the billing girl in and she will make tell you what you need to pay. Just like a mechanic stating your car will break down if you dont pay upfront a large amount. Please keep in mind a review is to help you. By employees posting postive rivews only hurt you in the long run. Please do not post positive reviews for your own business...shows you are hiding something. Just take a review and better yourself/business.(update) My friend is a RDA for over 30 years. I informed her how I was upset with the business and how I was treated. She didnt know I was going. They did the same thing to her, over diagnosed. They told her a few times she needs treatment she knew she did not need. Eventually they caved in and gave her a cleaning and filling. Since Im not a RDA and I assume you arent STAY AWAY>

Bright Now! In Corona is different. Honestly Ive been to quite a few dentists in my life. Ive never had the service and care that I have had there. Dr. Tran is the best ask for her by name. You will not be disappointed. I hate needles like everyone else but there is something about how Dr. Tran injects that makes me feel at ease. She really cares about the health of my teeth. She celebrates with you when you come back after 6 months or a year and no new cavaties. The hygienists, Autumn and Tammy are the best Ive ever had as well. They always make me feel comfortable and safe in the chair. They make sure they do a good job and explain what they are doing every step of the way. They dont take advantage of you and if youve been doing a good job with your teeth they wont make recommendations just to charge you for something you dont need. If they suggest something to you, Id say do it. Ive been very pleased with how honest they are. Ive been coming here for 3 years now and I dont see myself going anywhere else.

Wow. People think Im crazy when I say I love the Dentist and now I know why!! I was moved three times before being seen, after and hour and a half i had to find a doctor as I was not sitting alone another minute. No one here speaks English as a first language. She asked if I liked hand cleaning or the cavinator or some such contraption, I said hand, she did the other anyway. The doctor looms at my teeth for half a second and says its perfect and disappears. They didnt Polish, isnt that the only redeeming part? I was sprayed all over the face as rivers of water poured down my neck which she was sorry for but didnt stop. She kept leaning her whole body over me and Ive got sisters and dont mind boobs by my face but it speaks for the type of place this is. They tried to sell me services I dont need. Remember when the doc told me no cavities? On leaving the front desk asks if Id like fillings anyway, just in case. Uh, no? Dude was right, RUN dont walk from here!!!! I miss my hometown Dentist =(

Please do not go there.I called gave the info ,the verifed ins. and said come in.So I came in with my 4 kids!Filled out 5 pages of the info on each kid.Then a few minutes later they came out and said They cant see us,they need the date on my card?They called and check already and said yes.It would not of been so bad if it was my own darn mistake!I made it clear THIS IS MY INFO,HERE IS MY SS NUMBERS and then there mistake.Parking was impossible not kid or family friendly in my thoughts.They also had dirty toliets out front and thier drinking water fountain did not even work.I should of kept on driving,and not of even wasted our time with finding parking after 20-30 minutes!Dont go hell hole,maybe thats why they are changing the name to Bright now dental? or smile bright anyways they dont even have a new official listing with the city yet but i will note that as soon as it comes up.

a good while its OK the staff is friendly... its very clean.. the only thing I didnt like is that I took my 1yr old and they said he had to see the specialist n made me come back another day just so he can tell me he was too small -_- when I took him to the westcost dental in Riverside off La Sierra they took him in with no problem n when I told them brightnow! Dental said he was too small they laugh n said that "that they just didnt want to deal with small kids that wouldnt let themselves" I mean for older ppl its a good place but trust if u take ur 2-3 n obviously they wont let themselves because their scared dont take them there! Ur just gona waste ur time. They told me to take him back at the age of 3-4. Now hes 2 n hes all done no thanks to them :) any good Dr. Will tell u to take ur kid to a dentist after they turn 1 or 1½.... hope this helps!

This place is a scam. Even though I had insurance (which includes basic cleaning), they told me I had gum problems so I needed deep cleaning and that I needed to pay to get it (typical situation of the dentist looking at my teeth, hinting at some problems, and then sending in the finance person to upsell me something I didnt need). I said maybe Ill do the deep cleaning in the future but for now I just need the basic cleaning thats included in my insurance--and this is what the finance person said, after Ive been in the dental office an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment (because the dentist Sergey was late): "Sorry, sir, we cant help you." Wow. I guess that answers their initial greeting of "How can I make you smile today?" Did I mention this place is a scam?

Please read reviews from 6-9 months ago. All these 5 star reviews cant be true. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I have them 1 star for cleanliness. However, if someone spits in your food do you really care how clean the restaurant is? My family member was not advised in advance that someone had to wait in the lobby for them to have their tooth pulled, only that someone had to pick them up. When I asked, "why does someone have to be here, theyre an adult?" The clerk gave me the definition of "sedation". I asked her, "why would you give me the definition of sedation, if what I ask for was the reason why I needed to sit in the lobby?" Now Im sitting here angry and disrespected. If you want to be talked down to come here.
