I wish it was possible to give zero stars. This place is ridiculous. Every negative review you can find for this place is absolutely true. My wife, two sons and I went in for routine exams and ended up being there for almost 3 hours and in that time only one of us was seen. Which might be a blessing in disguise because if they had tried to bill all of us the way they tried to rip off my wife, wed have left the office in a ton of debt. They said my wife needed a crown and a deep cleaning. My wife has had perfect dental visits for as long as Ive known her and most of her life before that. Except for braces as a teen shes never had any issues with her teeth so the crown sounded strange to me. Considering that a lot of the reviews Ive read on yelp said that these people will come up with crazy reasons to do work, we decided to skip the crown and get a second opinion. We were willing to do the deep cleaning that day if the price was reasonable. Imagine my shock when they said the deep cleaning would be around $1100 unless you sign up for the dental plan they offer, which would drop the price to a low, low $650. I couldnt believe how much they wanted to charge. I was so shocked I called another dental office right there in front of the dentist for a quote on a deep cleaning. Imagine my surprise when the other office was only charging $300 for the deep cleaning, without insurance. At this point I knew without a doubt that every horrible review youll find about this place is 100% true and we decided to leave. There was no way I was going to spend what probably would have amounted to all day waiting for the rest of us to be see and probably thousands of dollars for routine dental work. Stay away from this place at all costs. Check the reviews on yelp and youll see that they are a lot worse than what youll find here.

I was a patient for about 6 months. My first visit for an exam and X-rays took about 2-3 hours, most of which was waiting to be seen. The woman who took my x rays was very nice. She did apologize for the hour it took to be seen. After X-rays, I waited in the patient chair about 30 more minutes to have the doctor. He told me I had a broken filling and a cavity and would need a crown and needed a deep cleaning and wouldnt let me get a standard cleaning. It took me another 45 minutes then to be seen by someone who would tell me it would cost $800 in co pays to fix it all. I wasnt happy and went to another dentist who examined me and said she couldnt see any cavities and no broken fillings. She gave me a standard cleaning and scheduled me to see an oral surgeon for taking my wisdom teeth out. This office just wants your money and will drill anything to get money out of you.

RIDICULOUS I repeat RIDICULOUS service! Waited over 1 1/2 hours after my appointment to be seen, only then for them to tell me they cant do the service because its too late! Gee if they had seen me at the right time you couldve done it! I waited months for this appointment because they rarely do Saturday appointments and I need the latest appt because of work they tell me 6pm is the latest yet dont actually see me until 7:30pm!! Made me leave work early for nothing, waste of time!!

Made an appointment to be seen on same day for a painful wisdom tooth than needed to be looked at. I was treated very well from start to finish and they explained every step clearly from the X-Rays to getting the tooth pulled (instant relief!). I wish I was local (travelling from out of state currently) as I would gladly have all future dental work done here without hesitation.

Absolute poor service, I generally advise you to see a more experienced group of expertise. Went in for pain and was seen countless times without getting the pain resolved without the need for more money. There is n o "customer service" or a such thing as them doing anything wrong. I usually dont write comments, beware! Will be reporting this compay to the BBB!

Worst experience ever!, one if the employees has 3 heathen kids running throughout the entire office and exam rooms and these money hungry crooks tried to charge me $300 to get my teeth cleaned when Ive never paid a dime because my Delta Dental CA PPO covers it all! Give me my xrays I wont be back
