Charged close to 4500.00 for an implant for tooth #19. I was disturbed about the price and was ASSURED I would not have any problems because one gets what they pay for. I asked if procedure could be done in stages and was told both by Periodontist who woul do the procedure and both Office Managers implant had to be placed at the time of tooth removal. Because I did not have the funds I was basically forced to take out a line of credit I would not have needed to if procedure was done in stages. I am still paying on this credit plus the interest because Assure Dental refused to give me my money back or I should say the Office Manager wanted to refund 2200.00 dollars on a 3000.00 dollar loan. Tooth severly infected when pulled. Periodontist for Assure Dental at the time of procedure chose to place implant in infected tooth removal site. 8 months later it was discovered implant was infected and needed to be removed. I was advised by another Dentist the implant was an aggressive type of implant that was no longer used, it was to small for a molar, too short and placed too close to tooth #20...and to remove it a chunk of my gum may need to come out as well...as the implant has probably bonded to my jaw bone. I had a difficult time in obtaining my records. Both Office Managers kept giving me the run around on resolving the issue. Assure Dental lost my xrays from my last appointment showing how infected my tooth was. I had to contact the CDA and finally I got my records minus that all telling xray of the infected implant. If I were you I would run as far away as you can from Assure Dental and any of their affiliates.

My 4 yr old was coming in for filing....we waited a whole hr in the waiting area....we were finally called in only to wait some more....in total, we waited a whole hr and a half,....work took maybe 30 mins if that, which was a nightmare because my 4 yr old was now tired and grumpy....not ok....they didnt even apologize for the long ass wait....
