Quite an unfortunate experience. Dr. Schallock is very sweet, however, her staff does not reflect her kindness. My visits were always very cold, impersonal and communication between the entire office seemed to be consistently lacking. Whenever I needed to contact the office, I was greeted by a less than enthused receptionist who spoke down to me and placed me on hold for extended periods of time. As warm as the doctor was, I am not confident she would know my name without looking at my chart. The last straw for me was at my 21 week check-up, she seemed completely unaware that I had had an ultrasound, found out my baby is a girl and questioned whether I had attended the correct sonographer. Apparently, she had never received my paperwork from the ultrasound she ordered 3 weeks prior and was just figuring this out in the brevity of my appointment. Trying to address my FMLA paperwork with the office staff was a headache in itself and I always prayed I got the office manager on the phone who always addressed me with respect and patience. I am now 24 weeks pregnant and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Its very disappointing as this is my first pregnancy and I think its very important to have a trusting relationship with your doc and feel comfortable enough to call and express concerns and/or ask questions.

She says hello with a great smile. She spends just around 5 mins with you in the consultancy. She keeps on ask you to go for scannings. If you are a diabetic or bp or thyroid patient she wont concentrate on the problem. She just asks for the scannings every month. some times ina week difference. She never behaved like an experinced doctor in answering the questions. Answers only for basic questions. she does not have any idea about the pregnancy and its journey. completly money minded.I have undergone 7 scanninge for my pregnancy. Ended up with C section. My baby born with many complications and she does not even find any of them during the pregnancy n scannings. My baby is in the ICU for 18days from the minute she born, We had a hard time. Plz do not go to her. Shame on you Shallock.

I really do love having Dr. Shallock as my doctor, but its hard to deal with the office receptionist. Every time Im there or call to ask a question/ make an appointment, the person at the front desk is SO rude. She always has an attitude, gives you a hard time by acting as if youre wasting her time by calling or asking questions. Shes always short with her responses and adds an annoyed look/ tone whenever she talks. Its gotten so bad that I may consider switching doctors just to not have to deal with her anymore. Dr. Shallock is great though - always willing to answer my questions and concerns.

Went in for my IUD to be removed and replaced. Trying to have it removed was very painful. She stopped and recommended I go to an office that could sedate me. When I looked at her tools in the sink they were bloody. I dont have my period and the pain felt like she was digging in my cervix. Ive seen another doctor and she gave me choices for the removal at least and it shouldnt of been bloody or so painful. She gave me my new IUD to hold on to which my new doctor thought was strange but I did pay for it.

I have been with Dr. Schallock now for over 20 years. She is an amazing doctor who is thoughtful, caring and informative. She is very patient and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Not a lot of smiles from the office staff but her assistant Debbie is amazing (I do not think she is there anymore). All and all the office is great the doctors are great!

I really liked Dr Shallock, I even referred a friend to her and she too loved her!! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. She explained everything very thorough and gave me plenty of options. Her staff was a little rough around the edges but I didnt have to deal with the nurse too long so that wasnt much of a concern. I would refer her again!!

Dr. Schallock is a wonderful Doctor, I have been going to her for 3 years, she has always cared, helped me through my first pregnancy, and was very attentive to me. I love her nurse Debbie too, always was there for questions, and very nice to me. I dont know how she got poor ratings, she really is a great doctor, and that is why I continue to go to her.

I have used Dr. Schallock for all 4 of my pregnancies and deliveries... She is a very caring Dr. that always answered all my questions and concerns. She always took her time in explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. I would and do recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Schallock!

I love Dr. Schallock! Id give her 5 stars but receptionist is very rude! Over the phone and in person. She ruins your experience once you arrive. Schallock on the other hand is very sweet and maked me feel comfortable even during a pap. She will be delivering my second child :)

I thought Dr. Shallock was an amazing Dr, and took great care of me during my first pregnancy. I ended up having a c-section but it went perfectly. Overall a great experience, Debbie was great to me also. I have to agree with the office staff being a little rough...

I was new to the area and needed an OBGYN. I chose Dr. Schallock because she was covered by my insurance. She was fantastic. She spent a lot of time answering my questions. She was very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
