I had my very first appointment today, pregnant with my first baby and had a lot of questions. After his MAYBE 5 minutes of information he gave us he asked if we had any questions and it was more of a formality when he asked because he genuinely didnt seem like he cared that much to sit there and listen to my questions. After 2 questions I gave up because he made me feel like I was super stupid for having questions. When we had our little ultra sound it didnt even last a full minute. He said theres the baby, theres a different angle, printed a picture, see the fluttery heart beat, youre good to go. It was so disappointing. luckily we have a picture but there was no time at all to take in the moment. It should have been an amazing experience when you get to see your baby, your first baby, for the first time and it was hurried and I didnt feel like I was cared about. We waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room and were with the dr a total of less than 10. On our very first appointment. It was ridiculous and Im pretty sure I will be finding a new dr. Having a baby is a very new and scary thing for my husband and I and having a Dr make you feel stupid for answering questions you have is not a good sign to me.

Dr Larsen is a nice person no dout about it BUT as my ob gyn i am very dissapointet with his service. The appointment lasts less than 4 minutes last appointment literally lasted 20 secunds, he tries to rush his answers and ask if i have anyother question, if i didnt have babycenter or internet i would be pretty much full of pregnancy questions because he wont tell you anything about it untill u come with questions. Sometimes i will go at my schedule appoinment and i still have to wait for my turn i notice moms that come and go and i can see that their appoinemt are as well about only 5 mins long or less so he maigh be trating other people the sameway. My husband and i as new parents dont feel to have any close relationship with dr larsen. Again he is a good man but we just feel we are just numbers to him.

Been seeing him for years, he delivered all 3 of my now teens at AVH womens center. He hasnt changed his bright smile a bit after 20+yrs!! I worked with him before I was a patient he was delightful! Super easy to work with. Always a smile on his face & never heard a bad thing said about him. Hes still got a calming way... with a much younger OB patient & this older GYN patient. Will be taking my daughter when the time comes! Highly recommended to family & they were not disappointed. Thanks for many many stress free visits Dr larsen & staff❤

He delivered all five of our premature miracle kids. Top of the filed, I highly recommend him. As you can expect there are times when his time is limited yet he always does his best to make sure your questions are answered. Most importantly, he is a doctor that you can tell cares about the patient. There was times he had to tell us possible risks. He said it how it was but we could tell he cared and would do his best. Now we have five beautiful healthy kids. Thank you doctor!

I started seeing Dr. Larsen earlier this year for routine OB care and I am so glad I did! He is very thorough and takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and understand what is going on and answers all my questions. I read some of the negative reviews and I am shocked that was the experience those people had. The staff/nurses are equally as kind and amazing. HIGHLY recommend you see Dr. Larsen! (I havent seen him for pregnancy... yet)

Dr. Larsen delivered my first child. I couldnt have been Happier with the outcome. every appointment be was to the point but would answer all my questions. At the hospital... After a very long labor and a few hours of pushing I was exhausted. Larsen suggested forceps. Which I agreed to because I heard how good he was with them. He did a great job. No harm to me or baby. He and his staff are amazing and get my highest praises.

Despicable office!!!!!!!! The doctor treats us like our number and spends about 30 seconds each visit. He wont tell is what our babys heart rate is, he just guesses. He wont answer my wifes questions, he just tells her to look on the internet for answers, and then with 6 weeks left, the nurse wont tell me over the phone what iron pills my wife needs because i never signed a privacy release paper that I never got!!!!

Dr Larsen is professional and knowledgeable. He performed an amazing c-section that was very well done. I can see how some people think he made them feel rushed, but I feel like that at every doctors office Ive ever been to. I dont think it is just him who does this. Because he is so wonderful, I dont let this bother me. I feel comfortable and taken care of by him and his employees. I would recommend him 100%.

Dr. Larsen does not care what I am feeling or what I want my care to look like. He does not know my medical history and even argued with me about it. He will not take the time to explain things to me. He tells me what he is going to do and sends me on my way. I had surgery and he did not tell me what to expect after surgery. So I was not prepared.

I loved Dr Larsen. He was my Dr from the beginning of my pregnancy to my delivery 2 weeks ago. He is very prompt, knowledgable, and experienced. He is "to the point" which I loved but still very sweet and caring. I felt SO comfortable in his care and as a first time mom that was very important to me. I would definitely recommend!

Nice man if your pregnancy is routine. Was very unprepared to assist during my miscarriage and just suggested to go to ER. I was never able to communicate with him but was passed between multiple nurses for two weeks. Not a person I would recommend and I would hope no one ever experiences the care I recieved.

Makes me feel rushed every appointment! He always asks if I have questions but doesnt really seem to care Im extremely uncomfortable to talk to him because of this reason. I feel like Im just a number. I understand being in a hurt sometimes but every appointment is not acceptable.
