Not pleased with this office. Sorry I didnt get to actually meet Dr Grade. But the office staff and nurse left a bad taste in my mouth. As I sat and waited I saw 3 or 4 staff members walk through the waiting room looking frustrated and sort of venting steam under their breath(office drama?). Then I was called back by a very cold and not welcoming nurse. Feeling uneasy about my visit so far, the nurse took my back and we went over basics from the forms I filled out about my history, and I was told I was "pretty BORING" what?!? guess you have to show up at this place with illness, disease or pregnant to warrant a friendly face. Still 3 weeks later I have not received a call or anything in the mail about visit. Looks like I will find a new office to visit next year, one that wont find me BORING. I gave it a 3 since I didnt even get to meet the doctor, so she gets the benefit of the doubt, but also loses my business.

I absolutely love Dr.Grade and her staff. Not only does she have a great personality and bedside manner, but you know you are at the right place when everyone is all smiles and attentive to your needs. The office is beautiful and while you wait to be seen you can help yourself to yummy coffee, tea, refreshments and treats! Scheduling is not as bad as other OBGYN offices, I had to reschedule the day before my appointment and got another appointment in 2 weeks! They even followed up with a courtesy phone call to remind me of my new appointment. They have an in office lab draws so you dont have to drive to a lab clinic for your lab work. I highly recommend this practice to all women who are looking for a long term doctor.

Love Dr Grade and her staff! Always respectful, calming, and on top of the game! Ive searched for years to find a good gynecologist to fit my needs and she is it!
