Doctor Jones is a great doctor. Ive, unfortunately, had a few doctors that werent great experiences, and he is by far the best. Not only does he always answer whatever questions I have, hes also helped fix my car on his break (which was right after my appointment) which wouldnt start in the parking lot. Hes always asking more specific questions about my pregnancy to be sure various diagnosis are correct and you can tell he actually cares about his patients. Ive never waited more that 5-10 minutes in the waiting room, and the staff is always helpful. Hes willing to listen when you have concerns, and does well in ridding those fears and being honest about whats going on. I will say, though, I had a friend who went to Hasket and it was an absolutely miserable experience for her. He didnt listen when she expressed concerns about delivery and epidurals (as she has MS), ignored her, kept telling her to hurry up when she was in labor because he had a flight to catch for a fishing trip, and didnt even finish doing the stitching after the baby was born but left for the airport instead. Obviously a super caring doctor. Id suggest staying away from him if at all possible.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. I came to the end of my birth control & called them to make an appointment... They were "booked" for the next four months. They told me they would give me a prescription for another 3 months of birth control. I went to my pharmacy & they said they never called it in. I called the clinic & the doctor herself told me, "oh thats weird. I will call the pharmacy myself & send it in." I went to the pharmacy AGAIN & it wasnt there AGAIN. I called them & they basically told me that they thought I was lying. I was surprised how rude they were! I got upset & they said they would call it in again. WASNT THERE AGAIN. I called & politely told them that it wasnt there again. She said she would call them to see what was going on. She said she would call me back. NOTHING. I havent heard from them. Terrible ob/gyn clinic. Terrible service. Rude employees. Save yourself the trouble.

Waited in the waiting room for nearly 40 min.. Then in the exam room for another 30 min.. Dr. Cloward was then very short with me and didnt seem to care about what I was saying and wanted to prescribe a depression medication to me. I finally convinced her to let me have blood work done on my thyroid. Sure enough it came back that I have hypothyroidism. When I got the results they said I needed to find a different doctor to take care of me for this issue, no referrals were given. So finally after a lot of research on my part I found a doctor I was comfortable going to for my thyroid and they were able to get me in the next day and wanted to take a look at the lab results from Dr. Cloward. Well, I called the office and they can only transfer records on Monday and Tuesdays when the medical records admin. is there. So, my new doctor will not get them in time.

I compare my experience at Legacy to my first OBGYN office where I had my first baby. The wait times are acceptable and much shorter than my first office. The staff is much more professional and knowledgeable.The one time my doctor was delivering a baby and the wait would be very long, they let me know and asked if I wanted to reschedule or if I was okay seeing the PA instead. I really like Dr. Ryan Jones--hes always genuinely interested how I am doing. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and he was so great to sit down and talk to me about it and make me feel better about it, that it wasnt something I had done to cause it. I love the ultrasound technician, dont know her name, but she was great. Like the medical office they are located in and that there is a lab and pharmacy downstairs. Havent had any issues with fees/billing.

Dont go here! I really liked my appointment with Dr Cloward shes great! But then everything else about the clinic was ridiculous! I went in for an annual check up and had some questions about some fatigue and they charged me for another visit saying the questions I asked werent part of the usual annual. So I literally had to pay for 2 visits during my 1 visit..... had I known that never would have gone there in the first place let alone asked some questions. When bringing up I was never told about being charged twice then when I called about the bill the billing lady said sorry you didnt know that can I have your credit card number. WOW! Also whenever I call it takes about 5 mins just to get through to the receptionist and then days later I would finally here from a nurse.

I could Not say a bad word about Legacy OB! I have been their patient for 10yrs now! 4 pregnancies with these fine doctors. Their Doctors and Staff are truly caring, kind, supportive, and strive for the best care and experience possible. Dr. Haskett, Above all is the most incredible doctor. He is understanding, kind, and will listen and work with you to have the best birthing experience possible. He also has great knowledge and insight to feel out each case to make the right decision when tough calls need to be made! For any and all womanly needs they are definitely the Doctors I will always trust! With so many of my own personal experiences, my Family and friends also trusting their care with similar awesome experiences, this is the Office to trust!

Sad to put 1 star because my husband and I loved Dr Thomas. Saw him twice for Gyno stuff pre-pregnancy. Took us a year to get pregnant and when I finally was I called to schedule my 10 week ultrasound etc but no one answered. Called several times on several days and left messages with my info requesting a call back. Week later they call back and tell me they are booked for 4 months and cant get me in. I really wanted Dr Thomas to continue being my doctor as he helped us get pregnant but the reception staff is just so unaccomidating and doesnt seem to care. Im now 7 weeks and am still looking for another place to go for my pregnancy needs. So disappointing.

My wife and myself were having our first born and we had no idea what we were supposed to do or what to expect. The staff at Legacy were very helpful with information and suggestions on what to do and how to prepare, making us feel very at peace with the whole process. The only thing I would say they could improve on, even though they have an on-call doctor in case of an emergency, is their hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday which is in the middle of most peoples work day, so we had to take off time work to come to each appointment. Yes not a big deal, but still a slight annoying considering you need to make money to pay for the appointments.

Dr. Haskett is a young yet AWESOME doctor! I have never been so comfortable with a OB/GYN doctor before! He has wonderful bedside manners and is very knowledgeable! He knew me personally and ALWAYS remembered me and my situation. I moved out of the state which is the ONLY reason he is not my doctor any more. His nurses are wonderful as well. There were always there to help me and comfort me when it was needed. The nurses also called me back in a timely fashion and were very sweet. This office is wonderful so if your looking for a new doctor or office, I highly suggest them!
