Hollywood Ring

Only giving them one star because I cant give them zero. So I made my appointment, even got an appointment reminder, but when I showed up they said the computer system was down so they were unable to draw my blood. Not sure what connection those two things have, so I drove all the way out there and still was unable to be seen. No one called me to notify me that my appointment would have to be rescheduled, which I think is the professional thing to do, but when I asked if Id be called to let me know when the system was back up they responded " I guess so, if you give us your phone number." So I wasnt even going to be notified about when I could reschedule my appointment, which again is very unprofessional. The receptionist didnt seem to have any concern that these were important tests that Ive been waiting to have done and I am extremely unimpressed and dissatisfied with the service I received.

Labs were drawn on a patient almost two months ago. The results were never faxed to the provider. After several attempts at retrieving these results, we finally received them today after the patient had left. These lab results were out of line and needed to be addressed. Not happy at all with this service!

Refused to follow protocol and wasted my time. Their customer service line was not happy to hear about how stubborn these people were being. Avoid this place if possible..

Rude and abrasive staff. They missed our appointments by 48 minutes. Dont go there unless your employer mandates it, and then lobby your employer to change providers.
