I had an appointment but that didnt help we waited and hour and thirty minutes and they still didnt take us for my 3 year old test so we rescheduled for next week since the test was as they said special, when we arrived for our next appointment they didnt have us on the list and were rude when I asked how long is the wait I was told an hour and theres nothing they can do because its crowded. In that moment I decided to go where I usually go to get blood test done even though its much farther from where we live Alexian Brothers Hospital , within 15 min they regard us took the blood test very fast and they were professional and nice and you know how hard it is with toddlers , we were in and out 20 min tops so if you need a test done dont bother going to them unless you dont mind the waiting and rudeness.

I made an appointment on July 6th and got my blood work done. Following week, July 15th, at my doctors office visit, there is no report from them and upon calling them, they informed to me as well as doctor office that there is no record of my visit and there is no lab report. In the same day, later in the afternoon, I got a bill via surface mail from Quest diagnostic asking to pay for my services. I am wondering how to deal with them to resolve this issue!

This PSC was a complete dumpster fire. Staffed with 2 people, it was 45 mins behind on appts and had a full waiting room of walk-ins. Saving grace today was Punkaj. Phlebotomist working his tail off. The two stars are for him and not Quest.

Positive: They provided fairly quick service. Negative: The office and elevator smelled like monkeys were living here. Not exactly the perception of cleanliness I would have hoped for.
