Was billed for the full amount even after insurance payment. I waited 11 minutes on hold when I called to make a payment. After someone finally answered, an aggressive and unpleasant person proceeded to hammer me for personal details when all I wanted to do is pay my bill. She insisted that it was due to the HIPAA law and was required to verify personal details. They should have been happy with my Account Number and Credit Card Number. They billed for the original dollar amount and didnt deduct the insurance payment. I had my EOB and they were paid.
