4/22/17 Terrible Experience. I went in for bloodwork, as soon as I walk in the door, there was a confrontation in the middle of the waiting room with one of the lab techs and a patient. I proceed to the counter to check in and another lab tech Closes the sliding window in my face, in mid sentence. When I finally get the lab techs attention, she has a nasty attitude telling me that their system is down and theres nothing she can do, as though I was suppose to know they were having technical issues. I tried to explain that I just walked into the door and I wasnt aware. She pretty much trys to brush me off. I ask for the techs name, she refuses to give it to me. I then ask to speak to a supervisor, she says nothing and again proceeds to close the sliding window in my face. Baffled by the experience I stand there and eventually talk to another lab tech. She was helpful but the damage was already done. All in all, I left without getting my blood work done. Terrible customer service and I will never be going back or recommend this place to anyone.

I need blood tests often. It usually doesnt take too long so I have not really cared that the phlebotomist was not friendly. This time I needed to give a urine sample also and was completely grossed out. the bathroom floor was dirty, no hooks anywhere so had to put my purse and coat on the cleanest? section I could find. There was no soap or paper towels yuck! not even a dispenser for either of these items. I had to use toilet paper to wipe my sample cup and hands. Then the phlebotomist told me to put the cup on the counter in the blood drawing room where another was getting ready to give blood! This place is unsanitary, and gross.

People are unskilled at the computer. Can not find electronic versions of blood work sent in. Had to come back with a written work order. Also cant find blood work orders that are brought in on from the doctor. Sat in the chair for over 20 minutes while the lady tried to figure out how to enter my information. When she finally got it entered. She admitted that she was on an hour of sleep due to being out gambling all night. Her eyes were glassy, she was very slow to speak and very slow to move. As a side not my wife was also getting blood work and she got poked 3 different spots and the nurse was rude and unskilled.

Difficult to find, terrible customer service, some of the phlebotomists are nice but some are really unfriendly and unhelpful. The person who drew my blood yesterday treated me very roughly (physically), refused my request for a certain kind of needle that Ive been advised to use, ordered the wrong tests, and had them sent to the wrong doctor. Now I have to take time from work to go again today. There is one phlebotomist here who is a real delight--wish I had seen her instead! Grrr.

I was hesitant about using this location after reading the negative reviews, but its nearby. The staff was very friendly, professional and saw me quickly (I was early to an appointment). There is free parking in a garage behind the hospital, just follow the signs. Ill definitely be using this location again.

I love going here for blood work, There. Close to home. The girls are so nice. All of them. Making an appointment is great. But even without one they do take walk ins. There are less then a Doctors office.And of course a hospital. My service has been great Thank you Betty Ramirez.

Hard to find. The office is not clearly marked from the lobbie. Quest has horrible customer service. Its a low cost low quality operation. I had an appointment and walkin were served before me. If your insurance will allow you to go to some other lab. Run dont walk away.

I had blood work done today. They call me two hours later to advise me that I have to come back and redo my blood work. They dropped my vile of blood. Who does that?? Ridiculous. Never went back.
